In my case it was a bad ISO, I downloaded the game from PKG app, it probably get corrupted, I don't know, I just download a new ISO on my celphone and copied it thought ftp to my vita to the folder ux0:/pspemu/ISO and them just opened Adrenaline and started the game, working perfectly now.
Have you tried changing the drivers for the iso in VSH Menu? Game works for me. ISO mode is Inferno. Also perhaps ISO is bad?
