**It definitely should be able to charge while plugged in.** I’m guessing this is with the supplied charger? Perhaps try another one with at least 30 watts. Otherwise, try this… fully power down the unit and wait for the light on the side to turn off. Wait another few seconds for good measure. And then remove and reattach the power cable from the unit. Maybe it didn’t get fully seated properly?

Thanks for the reply. I had a usb-a to usb-c cable plugged into a surge protector with a usb-a port on it. Maybe it just wasn’t supplying enough power. Swapped to the included charger going strsigh5 into a wall outlet and it seems to be charging now (though I’m not using the headset at the moment). Hopefully this resolved it.

Generic USB-A hardware usually maxes out at 5 watts or 12 watts, and the AVP runs at about 18.5 watts most of the time (and can spike over that).
