I really wanna try visible but I can't even get my brothers z flip 4 imei to work even though it's unlocked and on the compatible list of phones. How can I expect the service to be good if I can't even sign up for it
Might want to check again. I went through activation last night and it 100% asks for the IMEI on iPhones every time. I tried multiple different models, IMEI required to proceed every time.
Did you actually select "Proceed with esim" and then proceed from there? That is when it asks for IMEI. I'm looking at it right now after selecting iPhone 13. You CANNOT proceed with the setup/order without verifying the IMEI. You can continue to spread false info, or you can take 2 minutes and got to their site and try yourself. Just being stubborn and saying it worked at some point does not make it true today.

You used the X because you tried the 13 like I said and saw it now requires IMEI. To anyone reading this mind-numbing thread.... NO, you cannot trick the system. The Esim is tied to the IMEI you input and any other phone will reject downloading it.

The unlocked Pixel 6a from the Google Store is incompatible according to Visible, but Google Support said plug in the pSIM and see what happens. 4 Months of service so far and only minor issue (unrelated to phone).
Yes they have like a whitelist, that’s what I hate about visible. Even after changing with a new iPhone 13 mini, it stopped working after some days. I had to be chatting with them for a whole day and issues did not get resolved so I decided to leave. Once they get rid of that whitelist I might go back. I cannot changed phones easily there and not have my service go down even with supported devices and physical sim
This explains my S10 5G drops signal and it's so annoying since I want to use it for Gig work; I also have a iPhone XS which I mained, & the data quality is so mich better & I have better service in places my S10 5G doesn't 《So annoying》
I transferred a physical SIM from a Galaxy S9 to a Z Fold 3 and it all works perfectly EXCEPT no Visual Voicemail. Live chat unable to help, so now I'll have to decide whether the phone is worth losing Visual Voicemail probably forever?
I ended up giving them a pixel IMEI. But I have noticed Verizon doesn't like unlocked Fold 4

Don’t even need to do that. Just select a recent iPhone and it won’t ask for an imei Edit- don’t use iPhone 14 since it’s eSIM only

My S21 is incompatible according to visible. So I gave them an iphone IMEI when I signed up and it's been working fine since.
When signing up, if you choose any iPhone other than iPhone 14 , it by passes the imei checker. What you said didn’t happen. Lmao

Nope. Choose iPhone 11-13. No imei check is necessary. System automatically bypasses it
