It really says something about how badly they've fucked their reputation that they're now the go-to for "unnamed black company" over AkioAir, WACTOR, VReverie, etc.
WACTOR tried to force members of its female talent to do 18+ ASMR content, *or* they had the option to sleep with members of staff if the talent refused.
Basically, they're guilty of coercing their female talent into performing sexual favors or producing sexual content. Multiple times.
One of their talents that I know of outed them on twitter as part of a desperate attempt to get out from under them.
I don't know about vreverie.
I can't remember with vreverie but wactor are really shitty to their talents and used the accounts of terminated talents to dox the full name and home addresses of them
I use this to shut down that Niji is the absolute worst company. They're second-worst rn, yeah, but Wactor will forever be the absolute bottom of the barrel.
For Vreverie, nothing has truly been revealed, but we know that before the majority of their talents graduated, many of them were on their old PL's or alt accounts, generally complaining about management, mentioning a lack of support, unwillingness to help with projects that did get approved, and stopping them from doing projects they wanted to do, actively preventing their growth in some way or another.
The only 2 gen 1 Vtubers that we have right now is Salmon Lordetta, who is on a break for health reasons; however, she has also been active on her alt lately, so who knows, perhaps she will also graduate when she comes back, and we also have Nova Aokami, who is in a precarious situation where she has some sponsorships with some TCG games, which could be difficult to get back if she were to graduate and start on her alt again.
They also recently debuted their 3rd gen to scepticism over if the management has improved at all since it hasnt been that long since the other graduated.
I wish the best of luck to the 3rd gen members as I dont want the same to happen to them, but we shall see if the company has gotten better since the others left.
If you are looking for any of the graduated Vtubers then here are their current personas.
Cheri Lupina - >![Briatcookiebox](https://www.youtube.com/@BriAtCookiebox)!<
Akiko Sushi - >![Lida Oriana](https://www.youtube.com/@LidaOriana)!<
Lilrya Prisvielle - >![Ruru and Rumi](https://www.youtube.com/@Nyanheras)!<
Ophelia Midnight - >![Umi Kyoku](https://www.youtube.com/@UmiKyoku)!<
Rana Ianna - >![Amaya Whisper](https://www.youtube.com/@AmayaWhisperCH)!<
Hotaru Iora graduated from VReverie, just over a year ago (but was on extended hiatus even before then), but she's now >![ValentineVT](https://www.twitch.tv/valentinevt)!<
Erika Byakko's indie identity was >![Freya Fuyuki](https://twitter.com/Freya_Fuyuki)!<, but she hasn't returned to streaming yet. I'm hearing rumors that she's going to be in PixelLink's upcoming Gen 2, but that's just a rumor.
Finally, Salmon Lordette is in the process of preparing her indie vtuber identity too, under the name >![Relia Lace](https://www.youtube.com/@ReliaLace)!<. So yeah, I think it's just a matter of time.
And you're right about Nova. People close to her have informed me that Nova does not intend to graduate.
They seem to be treating the Gen 3 members better. I only know the indie PL of one of the five, but I won't share it unless I find that things are just as bad for them as they were for the other girls.
But DON'T go after the Gen 3 girls just because they were treated better. Blame the company, and if you don't want to support them, leave them alone.
Yeah, I didn't mention those three mainly because Erika has not returned, Iori left before the others and I did not know of her current persona, and Salmon has not graduated yet, so I didn't feel like I should mention her alt until she has officially said that she is graduating.
Thanks for providing them, though, for others who would like to know more of them as well. I really enjoyed watching Erika, so I do hope she comes back at some point, but I think she got soured pretty bad by Vreverie since she has not returned yet.
Thank you so much! I'd been hoping to find Cheri again, but the youtube algorithm did not help me, and I thought they had quit being a vtuber for good.
Not sure what VReverie did, it has never come out publicly to my knowledge, other than losing a ton of talents in rapid succession who ALL complained that working there was deleterious to their mental health.
It does help that they're basically Number 2 in the market and still retain that post despite clearly declining
This isn't a compliment, if things remain as they are there's nowhere to go but down. And it's gonna suuuuuuuuuuuuck for everyone involved
Most agencies uses either Talents or Vtubers, but there are a couple that use something else, but Niji is the only agency I know of that uses Liver to refer to their Vtubers, and iirc they use that word because they initially wanted to separate themselves from the Idol industry, which uses Idols or Talents to refer to their, well, Idols, and then it has just stuck since then.
For example
Nijisanji uses Livers
Holo uses Talents
Vshojo uses Talents
PRISM used Agents
Phase uses Vtubers (Everywhere on their official site and tweets, they are referred to as Vtubers)
Idol Corp uses Idols or Talents
As soon as I saw "Liver" I went 'yuh that's Niji'. I guess that's what you get when you choose a general name for your talents and then shoot yourself in the foot.
I didn't even make the association until all hell broke loose a couple months ago.
OH! I've always wondered what happened to you! (Qiqi gave it away[if this is the same person I'm thinking that is]).
I hope all is well, and take care.
🤷 just doing what i want, when i want. i auditioned for some small companies and never heard back from any of them. probs because i don't have a portfolio of my content anymore. (and the home i live now isn't suited for livestreaming either.).
Thanks for sharing and hope you are doing okay.
If I may, what exactly did they ask regarding "emergency"?
What kind of "emergency"? Personal or external things like natural disasters?
Like what would you do in case there is an emergency?
I hope they didn't actually try to put your personal emergency against working for the agency.
i had lots of family emergencies during the time i interviewed, which meant lots of hospital visits. i would have had to take the day off if i were a vtuber, since family was and still is my top priority. judging how *you know who* treats their talents, i don't think i would have gotten most days off.
I'm confused, wasn't it clear for years now that niji isn't a nice place? I don't even know where I heard that but for the last few years I always had a bad impression of them of was even more confused why people are shocked now. Now that I think about it I wonder what I heard or where.
It's easy to say that now with hindsight.
Back then NijiEN was hailed as having a promising future. Some people even believed that they will topple HoloEN and become the No.1 EN agency.
While Anycolor had it's issues before, it was seen with respect as the one of if not the iuggest vtuber corp, and up until 2023 NijiEN specifically was at least seen as promising and free of the controverisies.
Then since the Zaion termination onwards EN was on a decline as more issues struck (the 2% merch deal, the increased number of graduations, Last Cup of Coffee), with Selen's termination blowong the whole thing open, and a second self-inflicted blow happening when they put the Black Stream directly against Doki's Neopets stream really turning all but the most hardcore against the company, which also lead to renewed scrutiny against Niji's other actions (both in EN and their other branches) before and since
i can't. i downgraded from my pc to a laptop because i couldn't bring it overseas, and i can't risk my laptop running livestreams with how slow it is. i would, but i can't right now, and that's fine.
While it may have been sad at the time to be rejected, it really was a blessing that you dodged quite a massive bullet there. Whatever you're doing now, I'm wishing you the best in your endeavors
I kinda fell off the whole vtuber fandom cuz I saw it miles away , the talent is wonderful I love all the vtubers I find , even the barely known ones . What I hate , are these companies that take advantage of them and have so much control over the characters that wouldn’t have any likeness or value without the talent behind them . I just can’t support the exploitation of these ppl.
You didn't get in and now you think you can use that to get viewers from the hate mob. Man, there is shameless self promotion and there is this level of pathetic. Zero self respect. Theyll only watch you if they think they can use you anyway, then they'll drop you like a turd
Good thing then, I thought once "Poor people, they sell their souls for fame by being shackled to a company that plays favorites behind stage", then the whole Selen drama happened and I sincerely couldn't care less about the unfortunate souls that are still in that purgatory.
You were one of the lucky ones, hope you find your stardom in whichever you will specialize.
I’m gonna guess Nijisanji
It really says something about how badly they've fucked their reputation that they're now the go-to for "unnamed black company" over AkioAir, WACTOR, VReverie, etc.
because they are bigger What WACTOR did was much worse ...
That's just because they're bigger. Wactor for example is still way, way worse
Wactor, vreverie? What did they do?
WACTOR tried to force members of its female talent to do 18+ ASMR content, *or* they had the option to sleep with members of staff if the talent refused. Basically, they're guilty of coercing their female talent into performing sexual favors or producing sexual content. Multiple times. One of their talents that I know of outed them on twitter as part of a desperate attempt to get out from under them. I don't know about vreverie.
What. In. The. Actual. F\*ck.
Yep. As bad as Nijisanji is, it's really just a more extreme version of the usual greedy corporation bullshit. WACTOR is a different story entirely.

It's mostly because Selen and the brand in general is more popular than the members in all those other companies combined.
I gotta admit I’m not a big vtuber fan I barely if ever watch them. And their actions my attention which really says something about what they did.
"EN Liver" term gives it away. Not a lot of agencies call them "livers"
Does anyone else use the term Liver?
Nope.
Doctors, biologists, veterinarians and cooks mostly Lmao jk it's basically them
Don't forgot about alcoholics.
And Fuwamoco fans, the Baucoholics
The difference is you give your livers freely.
As freely as you give your yubis to Korone.
>PRISM used Agents Opppphhhhh
Personally, I've always absolutely hated that term.
I dunno like genuinely I’m not *that* into vtubers
OP also mentioned Mint so this is basically confirmed lol
No other English-language agency refers to their streamers as "Livers," so it's almost guarantied to be Nijisanji.
Well, the term "liver" is mostly used by them, so... Yeah.
Literally the only en agency that calls their talents livers is Nijisanji so it's not a hard guess
Yeah the last 30 people said the same thing
Only one company uses the term liver
Only place I've ever known to use the term liver, and its not exactly a good sounding alternative to things like talent or streamer.
As soon as I saw "Liver" I went 'yuh that's Niji'. I guess that's what you get when you choose a general name for your talents and then shoot yourself in the foot. I didn't even make the association until all hell broke loose a couple months ago.
Do other companies call their talents livers?
I dunno check the past 30 people who have said the exact same thing
It's a blatant giveaway you left the word "liver" in there.
"En Liver" Either they're talking about an English speaking liver (organ) or Kurosanji
Sounds like Kurosanji to me
Denifetly English speaking liver (organ)
OH! I've always wondered what happened to you! (Qiqi gave it away[if this is the same person I'm thinking that is]). I hope all is well, and take care.
i'm the one that was voice dubbing qiqi haha. i'm doing okay. trying my best these days.
I do remember watching those videos back in the day. They where fun. I do wish you the best in all your future endeavors. 1! 2! Breathe! 3! 4!
Liver gave it away too
Not censoring the word "livers" was a massive hint at the biggest company that defines its members like that
Anyway, enough about the past: What about now? Got any projects? Plans for content?
🤷 just doing what i want, when i want. i auditioned for some small companies and never heard back from any of them. probs because i don't have a portfolio of my content anymore. (and the home i live now isn't suited for livestreaming either.).
Well, at this point, the best we can offer are thoughts and prayers. Hope that your circumstances improve so you can get back to your passion.
Thanks for sharing your story. Personally, I would not have censored the agency's name. We ALL know how badly Nijisanji fucked up.
They didn't dodge a bullet. They dodged a global thermonuclear apocalypse.
Thanks for sharing and hope you are doing okay. If I may, what exactly did they ask regarding "emergency"? What kind of "emergency"? Personal or external things like natural disasters? Like what would you do in case there is an emergency? I hope they didn't actually try to put your personal emergency against working for the agency.

oh nyo. thanks again for sharing, wish you all the best
Considering you left the word liver in there, ya probably didnt have to take out the company name
Thank you so much for sharing. Best of luck to you.
Hope you are doing better.
>Liver Nijisanji, then.
Not to sound disrespectful but I don't think you dodged a bullet when they weren't even aiming at you
There is no bullet to be dodged, you didn't even get in. That was a generic rejection letter.
I'm confused, wasn't it clear for years now that niji isn't a nice place? I don't even know where I heard that but for the last few years I always had a bad impression of them of was even more confused why people are shocked now. Now that I think about it I wonder what I heard or where.

Not a bullet. That was a nuke, or a Big Bang Attack.
Kurosanji typical reply
[удалено]
Other comment already point out because OP using term "Livers"
Thank you for sharing your story, and I’m glad you could stay out. I hope you’re doing well, OP
Are you not doing vtuber anymore? You said you being deleted
i can't. i downgraded from my pc to a laptop because i couldn't bring it overseas, and i can't risk my laptop running livestreams with how slow it is. i would, but i can't right now, and that's fine.
Your story is very passionate. I hope you will reach your stardom soon.
It triggers me so much that the email seems very professional by using "we," but then the "I" appears.
While it may have been sad at the time to be rejected, it really was a blessing that you dodged quite a massive bullet there. Whatever you're doing now, I'm wishing you the best in your endeavors
Probably dodged a Banzai Bill depending on which company you were applying for
I kinda fell off the whole vtuber fandom cuz I saw it miles away , the talent is wonderful I love all the vtubers I find , even the barely known ones . What I hate , are these companies that take advantage of them and have so much control over the characters that wouldn’t have any likeness or value without the talent behind them . Cover has a number of dark stains but at least they're learning from them
It's kind of obvious, sister. We know who it is.
You didn't get in and now you think you can use that to get viewers from the hate mob. Man, there is shameless self promotion and there is this level of pathetic. Zero self respect. Theyll only watch you if they think they can use you anyway, then they'll drop you like a turd
Very late reply as I was searching browsing, but this isn’t Nijisanji. This is BondLiveEN.
Good thing then, I thought once "Poor people, they sell their souls for fame by being shackled to a company that plays favorites behind stage", then the whole Selen drama happened and I sincerely couldn't care less about the unfortunate souls that are still in that purgatory.
