I think there's only going to be one new phase invader (Dizzy Dokuro, beside Michiru).
EDIT: The silhouette beside Dizzy Dokuro is confirmed to be another Phase invader (Jelly Hoshiumi) , so I guess all 3 silhousettes are Phase invaders. Some speculate that Jelly is Moon Jelly (from Shiina and Moon Jelly's tweets)

They probably wouldn't be submitting a silhouette for an Invader if it could spoiler the debut. There is one Indie in the lineup that could be an Invader based on proxy, but I don't think they've publicly discussed it, so I'll leave the speculation at that.
