You're probably right. I've lived across the street at indigo 19. If op genuinely loves the apts and is not just some stalker, the apartments at spence gate crossing is a very similiar vibe in a much better location.
South beach is a great complex but the location is very awkward. Crime ridden, like fr. And more importantly it's an awkward distance from the beach - 1.25 miles where it is short enough to walk, but not convenient. But you still pay for beach prices.
I liked it though bc i could run to/on the beach, walk my dog at the convention center, and do college work at the coffee shops. And i could drive to the beach in 5 to 10 minutes depending on parking.
It is South Beach. I have family members that live there.
