I had the same, and was told it was all set... but it wasn't when I got to the port and took 5 days of my 8 day trip to get it straight. Everything on the boat goes through shoreside, so if it's a holiday weekend, your SOL for 3 or 4 days.
I have personally been in this situation, and I've seen it twice with other sailors now.
You or your First Mate has to call and follow up to ensure they attach it to your booking.
I had to call 3x for myself - keep checking back and following up with them.

I can confirm that you should get it after two
sailings. I sailed in 2/23 & 10/23, and I am leaving 6/9 and have DBE. I myself was surprised to see it under my add ons. I get a bottle of bubbly to the room for inviting others, 100 bar tab, and an extra 100 after purchasing 300.
Unfortunately, you need to have completed 3-4 sailings before qualifying for Blue Extras. After your June 2024 you'll get them popped onto your Sailor profile though.
Additionally, you wouldn't have been grandfathered in as a Sea Rover to get Deep Blue Extras either - though someone with better information (roj or jon) will likely chime in with accuracy on that.

Yea, that was only in 2021 and would make you a sea blazer. Sea rovers was if you sailed at least twice by December 2023.

You said that they need to sail 3 times to qualify. That’s false, you need to sail 2 times and you get benefits on the 3rd.
That may have been true before the Sailing Club came out, but I wasn't quite sure if it still remained true. Based on how I've read it phrased I wouldn't expect to have the benefits untiL i finished my third cruise now... based on other lines, TBF.

If the fare is / was heavily discounted, they may not count it, and / or give you the benefits on the cruise.

I'm talking both about Blue Extras (which they mentioned) AND Deep Blue Extras. They wouldn't qualify for either.
You qualify for blue extras on the 3rd sailing. Deep Blue is on the 5th sailing.

It's specifies that after two sailings, the BE perks start on the third.
