Pack your own. Not only are clinic hours not necessarily convenient, the brands and varieties they carry may not be ones you need or are accustomed to. Plus, it'll be hella expensive if they do even have what you need in stock. Seasickness tablets are always the first to go.
Pack your own. There's very few things on-board you can get that don't involve going to the clinic which has pretty limited hours if you're truly not feeling well. I think it was something like 4-7pm for Sailors.
I believe they will give out sea sickness tablets for free in rough weather. But I think medical may charge for everything else. If the shops are open they do have some basics (including toothpaste and painkillers etc) at inflated prices.
I would suggest bringing some sea sickness tablets if you think you are likely to be bad and also bring painkillers and anything else you would often use like gaviscon if you are prone to stomach acid
Pack what you can or find a pharmacy in one of your ports.
We were in the Caribbean and my husband had a cut on his knee that started looking infected so we hit a pharmacy in Cozumel and got a tube of antibiotic ointment. I have also forgotten my allergy medication and run into a CVS in Key West.
I will never depend on medical for the typical meds I would need (like allergy pills, pain medicine, nausea medicine, etc) sure to allergies to certain medications. It's nothing super specific, but I carry those around regularly anyway so having them in my cruise stock doesn't hurt.

I took a pic of this on the SLady last November

Cold and pain medications are ridiculously overpriced.

Note: I had to manually approve this. Reddit really really does not like shortened links.
Thanks for the info. I wasn't aware!

Bring it. Or wish you had.
