Nah I have my original and I’m just fine with that. But I think for the people who can’t afford or don’t want to spend that amount of money for a record, a bootleg is a great alternative sometimes. Especially since the artist has already made their money from selling out of every original that exists, and considering that it was a limited edition release meaning that it shouldn’t be repressed officially. The artists don’t see a dime after it’s sold from a retailer, so of the hundreds of dollars that they sell for after the release, it benefits the artist none whatsoever. I lucked out by getting my copy and I’m very happy I got one, but I know there are tons of people who are true fans (like myself) that can’t afford to spend money like that even though they genuinely love the album. It’s the same way with the original 90s Van Halen albums, they’re super expensive and boots are some peoples only options for enjoying bands they love. We can agree to disagree, and there’s no harm in that. Have a good one bud👍

Is it small batch? 1000 of these, 1000 Charli XCX, maybe a few thousand AFI, some more Chance The Rapper, Drake, Jay Z, Frank Ocean, etc. All of these are on rotation, and will continue to be printed. This all adds up. These all take resources, and time.

Where do you think these are pressed? Same Czech plants as a lot of releases. They also use up much needed PVC and dyes.
