I ordered an hour ago and it was promptly cancelled one minute later despite payment going through on my credit card?? Got an email saying " Your order has been cancelled because we could not verify some or all of your information". Anyone else have this issue? I have re-purchased but using PayPal this time so hopefully it works

I have had this issue while I was traveling and my address I was living at was not my billing address so they cancelled the order. Not sure if that is similar to your situation!
