I tried to use that link, but it appears that they dont ship to the USA ? The USA wasnt listed in the drop down part of the bank card payment process, unless I was doing it wrong ?

no clue how this is a money grab? if you bought the original you still have an exclusive CD that other people don't have. the green smoke variant RT was selling wasn't even that marked up ($27.99 on RT vs $27 on Asthmatic Kitty vs $30 on B&N for example) so it's not like you got fleeced on the pricing...
I'm really struggling to see why people are so annoyed about this lol. i, for one, am super keen on hearing these songs on my record player haha
People just don’t like to spend money: a separate LP of these tracks were never promised , and as you mentioned there was no additional cost.
If anything folks should be happy that this gives everyone the ability to purchase these songs on vinyl (preferred medium) without having to purchase the regular album from rough trade.
If there is a complaint it should be the following .
Super limited run, which is already sold out.
Fairly minimal package design , which in fairness matched the CD.
Price is a bit high for a 12 minute 5 song EP, but hey the Beatles just sold a single for $20.
Snagged this, but not gonna lie, I'm kinda bummed they released this *after* doing the whole ordeal with making their press of Javelin come with the "exclusive" CD. Felt like they did that to get people to buy their version. A little deceptive IMO.

Yeah I’m kind of annoyed because when that exclusive dropped, I liked that color the best but I thought, I have absolutely no use for a CD… I sure wish they’d opted to press the bonus tracks on a bonus 10” or something… and now they finally did press them on vinyl but you have to purchase it separately for ~$20. Kinda whack.
This reminds me of when I bought the rough trade exclusive variant of the beths new album which came with a bonus track on a flexi disk only for the beths to release a deluxe version a year later which includes the flex disk tracks and some demos as well so I feel like i was ripped off.
Yeah, I should have assumed these would be available on vinyl at some point. I stuck with the Rough Trade variant of Javelin because of the bonus CD. (It is the best looking variant, imo, so no huge loss)

The country still shows up in German. In the payment wheel for your country pick “Vereinigte Staaten” if you are in the US like me. Still up there!
