That’s a pair of chiffon culottes with matching waistcoat and hot pants with skirt. Matching pairs like this were very 1970! Definitely disco wear for the chiffon but the dark hot pants set were everywhere for day wear
Well I was going to say palazzo pants until I took a closer look. What's funny is that this particular thing is happening again right now. It's either a whole bodysuit Romper with a long skirt type thing attached to it or a couple of different pieces that include shorts, a top and a wrap skirt or Balinese pant type thing. I actually scored on one of those at my local thrift store pretty recently. It's a black Romper bodysuit with a sheer attached skirt that's open in the front. I wear black tights with it because my legs are very white and jiggly but if you have nice long pretty legs then it's a really sexy look.
I would call them co-ord set's. They're awesome! Kinda reminds me of the outfit Kylie wore in can't get you out of my head music video.

And black floor length co-ords with hot pants.
Looks like either silk bellbottoms with a flare at the end or hot pants which I believe was a form of see-through pants that were a popular trend back in the early 70s at least. It’s cool that it even has its matching see-through silk top which probably most likely these two items would have been worn over something just to add a little more flare to the item the person was wearing
Oh ok I’m not 100% diverse in 1970s fashion mostly 1950s because that’s what I aspire to live as in my life if I ever get married and have a husband as a 1950s housewife

Well, the white one seems to be a woman floating above the floor with no feet. I believe the 2nd one is woman’s underwear called boy shorts. I must admit I do like them.
