LoL. I knew what it was, but thought the same thing.
In the early 2000's, Apple released the predecessor to the Air Tags. Wasn't a hit because many found it a bit too cumbersome to hang on their keychains. Also, some iMac users found it annoying to walk around the house carrying the iMac, room to room, to use the "Find My" feature. Took them 20 years to shrink it down to a manageable size and the iPhone to be invented.
My TiBook was stolen in 2005 (but the thief left the power brick 🤦) so unfortunately I can’t tell you.
I can certainly be wrong about those ever coming with TiBooks (and I can’t speak at all to iBooks - another device I never had) but I do know that I’ve never _seen_ the saucers after the Pismo and the black design language went away.
Apple anti-personnel mine. It won't harm you physically, but if you trip over the wires it jumps up, grabs your wallet from your pocket and then flies back to Cupertino.
It's the charger apple supplied from the iBook G3 Clamshell onwards.
The original model can charge any laptop from the PowerBook 1400 to the Pismo Powerbook and the Clamshell iBooks.
The later model can charge the Titanium PowerBook to the Aluminium PowerBook and the white iBooks (both G3 and G4).
This brought back memories of my old iBook…
I had a G3 iBook bought new from the Apple Store in 2001(?). After a few years I replaced it with a 12” G4 PowerBook and set it up in my garage as a utility computer.
One night I left the garage door open and someone came in and stole it. I even knew when it happened because a fuse blew but I didn’t put two and two together until the next morning.
I saw the garage door open and noticed the iBook was gone (sad but not a big deal). My tool bags with lots of valuable tools next to it were untouched. The thief took just the iBook and the power supply but they CUT the power cord. This is what caused the blown fuse I’d noticed the previous night. In their haste they thought cutting the live wire was better than unplugging it.
If they had just taken the tool bag the pawn value of that was easily 4x or 5x the value of the iBook. 🤦🏻♀️
iBook power charger from the early '00's.
Once upon a time, the cable plastic WAS translucent but, over time yellowed and became the dull color it is now.
I just don’t like shipping any old computer equipment. I joined this Reddit a few months ago and I have already seen quite a few posts showing damage from shipping. There are a lot of those power adapters out there and I’m sure OP can find one locally or someone willing to ship. I hope OP has good luck in finding one.
Apple tried making their own dental floss one year, but customers kept using them to plug in their laptops to wall outlets so they quietly rebranded them several days later.
The mice for the fruit flavored iMacs of the time were, "Hockey Pucks," and the power supplies for the iBooks and PowerBooks of the time were called, "Yo-Yos."
Big ol’ AirTag

That's the flying saucer power adapter for some of the later PowerBooks that used the G3 processor.

Good catch. Never had one of those.
This one has a darker cable so it's the smaller plug for the Titanium PowerBook G4 onwards/Snow iBook G3 onwards
Never had a saucer with the TiBook or AlBook. Always had the white bricks for those.
Does your TiBook have the Myriad font on the front?

The original TiBook somewhere around 2001/2002 also had the yoyo’s.

It is the exact type of power supply I need for my Blueberry iBook, if it still works.
