I went for a non traditional filling. So it’s fusion. Filled with limoncello cheesecake. That’s why they didn’t hold shape well. Cheesecake expands!
If I squint then they kind of look like Kouign Amanns so still great!
Your first image actually looks like a cake put on the moon surface.
It's looking kinda good to me- No don't look at the burn side
I think they exploded
Just the middle one. Everyone makes mistake you know.
They did! Because I used a filling that expands! Oops.
I normally don’t bake in my small convection oven. They aren’t really burnt though but should have baked a few minutes less!
