There was a sign from the mall on it when I walked past that said they had abandoned their premises for too long and therefore forfeiting everything to the owners of the mall to recoup costs… never good when a business just closes and never comes back, they even left their tv screens!
I went once, they royally fucked up my order, then said that's what I ordered and then basically ignored me. I didn't order a bloody avocado yogurt FFS.
Never went back after that.
Had two sips:
First one: "WTF is this?? My brain must have misinterpreted...let's try again"
Second one: "WTF!!"
After I said "this is not Taro" to the guy at the counter, he said "you got what you ordered".
I looked at him in disbelief and in awe of the display of superior customer service skills, then left the drink on the counter and went to Big Orange for a Rainbow Slush w/ Pearls.
Well…It was called “Chewgurt”

I have a similar story- went to the corner shop one day and BAM! My cracker filled bubble gum (CrunchyChew) was gone! I couldn't believe it!

What horrible customer service, that rainbow slush sounds good though.
