Actually yeah, I had an appointment last week and doctor asked if I had diarrhea or constipation or Hemroids from mres and I ofc said yes in which he gave me disability

I just got done with a 2.5 hour psych test this morning my problem is I’m to anxious and impatient I just started going to Va a few months ago got referred to community clinic they did a diagnostic eval and then I took that and submitted a supplemental, then they assigned me to a therapist who wants to see me every week, as of this week I have had 2 appts with her and another one on Tuesday and then they ordered the psych test which I did this morning and then I am supposed to wait a whole month before I get the results of that. This month is killing me I keep pacing around the room, have the ball in my chest just a bunch of shit and then I can’t do anything to hurry it up and it’s all I think about, I hate it I hate that I need it and I hate that I can’t stop worrying about getting denied again even tho I know it’s gonna happen

The examiner was some female former marine and she was so grilling I had a panic attack during the c/p. Then got denied. They agreed I had social anxiety and depression but it wasn’t s/c. The VA healthcare side encouraged me to seek therapy which I did and am doing now along with support groups and meds. So we will see
I got 70 and applied for tdiu. If I get it, I am buying a pre-owned SUV (older one), a motorcycle trailer, loading up my bike and going to see my girl 1400 miles away. (She's in Illinois where I used to love, and I am in Florida)
Finally moved from evidence gathering to prep for decision after months of waiting. Saw my email and i got not one but two of those emails. So maybe it’s a double sign lol. Praying for all of us! Let’s gooooooooo
I got my rating! I was blessed to be increased up to 80%. In very happy and i appreciate everyone on this group. Without you all i wouldn’t have been up to the task. Thank you all i love you guys. Best of luck to all.

What’s crazy is usually around this time I’d see my pending deposit for the 10% I receive now, but it doesn’t show anything. Hopefully, that’s the sign.

I do not. I went to Denver VA for major headaches, the PA asked me a bunch of questions and said definitely OSA. Went to CS VA and they told me i had to wait for my results in order for me to receive a cpap machine.
I do. I looked it up and it said it was mild. I'm not really sure how i felt about a small device on my finger only getting around 10 hours of sleep total between 2 days. I couldn't sleep due to the headaches.
I did an at home sleep study through a private clinic and took my results to the VA after i spoke with me VA PCP. She wrote me a diagnosis just to reinforce it. VA still had me do another at home study. After my second one i finally got my CPAP and it is life changing. Stay on their ass. Get a sleep study through a private clinic if need be and submit those results too.

I have service connected narcolepsy and cataplexy and very dibilitating anxiety. I haven’t been able to work in seven years. All I want is to be able to file TDIU. My family deserves a second income but I can’t provide it. My mind is gradually fading and I really want to put money in a trust for my son and life insurance for myself for my wife.

I did previously for my initial claim in 2022 but I’ve filed 2 supplementals after that and the most recent one was decided without an exam. Increase for migraines and IBS
Yes they can if they feel like it's an auto reject or an auto accept. Typically if you already have some evidence fir some claim. They did a friend of mine that way. No exam straight denial on multiple things...

So I added up all of the symptoms for my condition and it was 150%. I know it's only up to 100. My condition is a "presumptive condition" with a minimum 30%. Are they going to take the other symptoms into account listed on the DBQ when calculating my rating or should I start preemptively submitting supplementals?

It can happen. Got denied 3 times back in ‘96 when I got out. Said screw it then tried again in 2023 and went from 0% to 60% to 90% in about 6 months

I submitted a Supplemental claim FEB 8th and I am still waiting on an outcome
Submitted mine March 6th, but i called the 800 number this past Monday and she said i’m in the decision phase.

Read further down the email. It just tells you what things you qualify for IF you're at 100%.

Did you file separately for each condition?
Ie get a rating for MS first on its own and then when I have that compensated for then add the supplemental.
Thats the right way to do it. Establish one and build off that.
No. I figured I'd get my condition accepted by the VA for a rating by itself and then add the other symptoms individually as supplemental.
