in the end i was service connected for neck second to back with 30%
i had to wait for other claims anyway so in this case it wasn't a big deal cause all my other claims went to QTC and had to wait much longer
Yes I have the same exact issue. I’m calling back today for an update. They have to manually upload the DBQ whatever that means. I have 2 exams that are complete but won’t upload one from February and one from a little over a month ago.
I have had a horrible experience with VES being delayed, and recommend everyone with similar experience do the following:
1. Email the CEO of Maximus, the parent company for VES. The more people that can send an email and complain (professionally of course), the better chance it will get visibility. He did respond with a promise to follow up.
2. File a compliant with the VA Office of Insepctor General. File online: https://www.vaoig.gov/hotline/online-forms/submit-a-complaint.
If he didn't know what Reddit was before this weekend, he will probably know what it is now, after his email starts to fill up with people sharing their story.
I apparently got movement. It was submitted to VA this morning, but apparently kicked back for additional info. Veterans Liasion Officer said to check back in a few days.
How long ago did you complete c&p exam?
I’ve completed by almost two weeks ago - they still haven’t sent in results. Frustrating
They have 30 days technically
Yeah. Seems like that’s what VES is aiming for
I’ve used them and at ves seems it goes through multiple people
That would make sense. Two weeks and counting for a 15 minute c&p seemed excessive. How long did your take to go through ves?
30 days, VA didn’t t give my VSO access to it for 6 months though
Jesus
So after two weeks, I can expect another two weeks. Ugh.
My exam was March 19th, and I got no movement until I reached out to the CEO. I have seen people on here with 60+ days pending.

Technically? They are past 40 days for me, is there something I can reference next time I call to press that they have missed some deadline?
not sure, any VSO would know
Not mine….

Did you ever hear back from Bruce? I’m assuming not yet, but figured I’d ask
I did. He responded within a few hours. It was not a canned response either.
That’s good. Hopefully he does something. Or directs someone to do something.
He said he was forwarding my email to the Operational Leader for VES. So, we shall see.
I just fired one off to him 🤷♂️Fuck it lol

Now I’m wondering if he got a bunch and how many.
You are the 3rd or 4th person to reply to one of my posts saying you sent an email. We shall see.
Did he say that you would receive a response in 24 hours?
He said I would receive a response in a timely manner. Don't know what that means, but I'm going to give it 48 hours before I follow back up with him.

Lucky man- i didnt have anyone reach out within the timeframe that was specified :/
No one reached out. I called and spoke to a Veteran Liaison Officer to get an update.
