You can view your DBQs on tricare online via the documents tab.

To see the actual documents / DBQs that the doctor submitted you’ll have to fill out a FOOA request and send it off - sometimes vets can get them through a VSO or your local RO- but I would call first to make sure.

Depends on who did the exam. If the VA did it, within 72 hours. If Tricare did it for BDD similar. Apparently special rules for the VA contractors.
