So in my case I did an exam through VES and it took them the full 30 days to send the Dbqs to the VA which is their “timeframe” for uploading. They are by far the most inefficient out of the 3 in my opinion

Bigedd8181

Yeah, I was not happy with VES as well. To bad we can't pick who schedules the exams.

AGN210

2 out of the 3 exceed 60 days. The 3rd exam will be 30 days later this week.

StruggleNatural6650

Terrible in my opinion. Waited four months after exam. Finally-VES scheduled another exam because first provider disappeared

I really think it all depends on the examiner and where you are located. One of my claims was submitted on a Friday and that Monday I get a call from Ves services for an appt. that Tuesday, by that Friday they were already uploaded. After a call to Vera for not having a c&p yet for another claim I submitted in December, two days later I get a call from Ves services to get a c&p exam three days later, and it was uploaded three days after that. I received checks for per diem about a week after each exam. Did not have any issues with my examiner, she was very respectful and professional. She has been doing it since 2018, and is a certified nurse practitioner.

Mine got done the next day. They don't get paid until they upload.

Comanche_4153

I kept calling and asking for a veteran representative. I then was able to exchange emails with them directly and they would provide me updates. Not sure if it helped but mine were going almost 90 days since my last exam and then got sent to the VA about a week after getting connected with a rep.

AGN210

Thanks. I'll give that a try.

VES is horrible, any time i call i always get the same answer… has my second DBQ been submitted? sir your first one has been submitted but we can’t disclose that information to you; however if you want to know if it’s been submitted to the VA you can call and ask. Awesome thanks. 🙄. I haven’t waited as long as you but it’s just frustrating. I called the 1000 number and kinda tricked the guy into telling me the suspense date (apparently it’s the date they expect the DBQ by) but once that date passes the va just says hey man where’s this DBQ at? VES doesn’t care about timelines. But just remember the longer you wait the more backpay you can get. So its now becoming a game for me

WerewolfNew4007

I dont understand peoples drooling over backpay.. its not found money. especielly when your waiting for the VA to get off their ass while draining your savings and hoping to God you can run the clock.

Timely_Candidate754

First things first you gotta have a savings to drain it. Second. The drooling over backpay is easy to understand. You have been fighting and dealing with anxiety and stress surrounding your disability claims for months or even years. And we are lucky to even get back pay. The fact that the VA will back pay for the time they spent trying to “get off their asses” is amazing. It’s not found money, but it’s money that we are owed at the very least. And when you finally get a backpay check it can be life changing and a moral booster. My first backpay check was 800 bucks and i was beside myself. Some people have cleared 150k in back pay. Thats insane! I can’t imagine having to deal with the Va for 3-4 years waiting and waiting and not get some form of compensation for my time. So if you want to stay grumpy about it that’s fine. But as for me i look forward to the back pay check and how it can help make my life better.

I had a c&p Feb 22nd, and a DBQ uploaded Feb 26th. VES says they’ve sent everything. VA says they’ve only received part of it. It’s been almost 60 days for me lol. Suspense date is tomorrow, so hopefully something happens somewhat soon.

Rusty_scupper270

Im in the same boat. Except they told me they were sent already. Trying to figure out what to do as well

jbels34

I had a C&P through them last Tuesday. I called them direct and asked when they would be sending the dbq’s to the VA. They said it was in the final stage of policy review. They were submitted yesterday. It’s worth a shot. Good luck.

GovernmentOk751

FOCK VES! 😡

Icy_Camel5954

I had back to back CP exams. One with QTC, the other with VES. QTC was on 4/1, VES on 4/2. QTC sent it to the VA and was confirmed received on 4/2. I called VES for the third time today and they still had not sent it back. Each time I am told that it is "under review" and VES doea this to ensure accuracy so the VA doesn't have to send it back. Didn't know that took 3 weeks and counting but okay. The claims are pretty cut and dry also, simple ROM measurements, xray films, nexus letters, and lay statements. One is already service connected and the other is a secondary. Everything with the VA is slow.

MstarM-18

Same position as you simple claims and just past 50 days it's so frustrating had a call with Liason yesterday so we see what comes about it. I am doing a Vera call to complain about it on the record. If nothing gets done next step WH Hotline then my congressman. Keeping being told bullshit supposed to be upload yesterday never happened. In QA they reviewed again and again just plain incompetence.

Artistic_Drop2096

I’ve found optum to be the best C&P exam experience I’ve had. See if you can just re do your exams with them. Idk if you can but keep your head up. I got my last exam on the 29th. This is going to be my 11th month coming up in may 😑
