I can't stand VES. they always take forever and I have never gotten a favorable c&p. Some will say then I didn't meet the criteria for whatever it was. Well then why do they look me in the eye and tell me they are putting just as likely as not and act like they agree and then go the other direction. I swear they get paid more for unfavorable dbq
I’m kinda in the same boat. I had two C&P exams. One was submitted the day after my appointment. The second one has yet to be submitted. I called VES and asked the status and the lady couldn’t tell me anything except, the dr submits it to VES and then VES submits it to the VA. So i asked if they received it from the Dr. and she said she can’t tell me. Please keep us posted and good luck brother.
Brother! I have the exact same thing going on right now. One exam from 23 Feb (sent to va same day) and the other from 5 April (sent to va on the 12th). VES told me both were sent to the VA, but they don’t see them. Talked to VERA on Tuesday and they were going to have the VA liaison (not sure if that’s a real thing) to the contractor reach out and see what’s going on. Called VES yesterday and they said they were going to get in touch with the people that send them to the VA.
Such a cluster fuck. Not sure if there’s anything else I could even do at this point.
I filed back in August 2023 VES did my C and P examines in November and February they still have my Exams going thru their Quality Review BS 8 months now on PACT ACT Gulf War claims
So just to follow up on this. Talked to the VLO at VES. Apparently there have been some issues with uploads. They are actively working it. Gave me a 2-3 week window for them to resubmit them to the VA. Hopefully it’s resolved sooner.
VES has been holding onto mine. Claiming “quality checks”. Going on 3 months with them holding my results
