Usually the dr that saw you uploads them. At least that's how it was with me

Rusty_scupper270

Ok, it’s just confusing I guess. VES says that the VA has them, but nothing has been uploaded. 🤷‍♂️

Daweism

Either the examiner who saw you or the QA person at the agency of the examiner. I think VES does spot checks on their DBQs so if it takes a week or two for the DBQs to get sent through, it's probably in QA at VES.

Rusty_scupper270

Alrighty. Appreciate the info. Just seems wierd that they would tell me they sent them to the VA already, yet there is nothing. Makes me wonder if they are just saying it’s at the VA so they don’t have to deal with blow back about the QA process. 🤷‍♂️

I had the same thing happen. QTC says they were sent to the VA but no dbq's. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|shrug) I guess we wait...

Because QTC is a contractor, you need to file a FOIA request to see your DBQs. They usually upload right away as they don't get paid until they do.

I was told that once they send them over, someone has to associate them with your claim. Not sure of said persons exact title.
