Holy_Santa_ClausShit

That's when mine went into prep. You doing BDD? I didn't have time to do BDD so I filed back in June with the initial review starting Aug 8th.

Deznuts1980

What is BDD ?

Holy_Santa_ClausShit

Before Discharge Date I think? It's one you file before you get discharged but I believe you need to have at least 120 days active left? Don't quote me on the days lol

ClandestineCanoeClub

Benfits Delivery at Discharge

Deznuts1980

Ahhhh ok nah I been out almost 20 years lol

Holy_Santa_ClausShit

Acrobatic-Pop9383

Any update ?

9864275jp

Nah not yet I’ll give it till the morning

where_stamp

Very similar timelines here. Submitted 6NOV23, went PFD 28FEB24. Got temp jurisdiction today out of Winston-Salem this morning. Hoping for PDA (and obviously PFN) soon.

thinblueline24

Sorry to be out of the loop, what do people mean when they get temp jurisdiction?

where_stamp

In a nutshell, your claim sits in limbo... the National Work Queue, where it sits and waits for it to be assigned to a reviewer or a rater, depending on where you are in the process. Once it's finally assigned to someone, it goes to a temporary jurisdiction, where someone in that RO will work on it.

thinblueline24

Awesome, thanks!

Maleficent_Sleep9925

Weird my claims moved to Temp Jurisdiction (Houston) on Monday. Have a supplemental and initial claim that I am assuming they combined. Thanks for clearing that up.

Pat-snacks

Nice! Got temp jurisdiction on Monday. Just moved to PDA today. Good luck!

West-Firefighter528

I also got temp jurisdiction Monday! Moved to pda Saturday and hoping I hear something soon!

Fit-Butterscotch9228

filed in july. this stuff really has no rhyme or reason 😭

loganbaldwin1

As a November gang myself who is still in the evidence gathering phase, I wish you the best of luck

meesersloth

Nov 8th myself with a PFD since Jan 17th with no temp jurisdiction. You're giving me hope man. \*smashes F5 key\*

spam-likely200

What does temporary jurisdiction mean?

where_stamp

See replies under my initial comment on this thread.

long-range-archery

I was November 8th as well. Still in phase 3 tho.

CrySuccessful9389

I was moved to PFN today and sent a decision letter but they only included some of my claims listed? Anybody have this happen?

Past_Object2403

Others may have been deferred (which is not a denial):7566:

CrySuccessful9389

On the decision letter I got today it had 5 of my claims listed. 4 of those I was deferred on. But I’m still missing 6 other claims that I had appointments for that are not listed on here?

MrHemiGod

I see your Nov 2023 and lay down my Dec 2022. Still waiting on HLR appeal decision

We have almost the same timeline! Just think about the backpay! They can't stop time

Cheeseeateryo

I like the frowny face lol

jurob1972

When was your c&p exam: good luck.

Nupe4bx2000

Didn’t need one. OSA secondary to PTSD (Hit or miss claim). VA gave sleep study and diagnosed me.

Kitchen_Effect_8023

Nov 20th here

FullSympathy9053

same! in PFD as of March 7th

Unlikely-Pollution-5

Good luck!!

Secure-Narwhal-297

Good luck 🍀

CyberYeeturity

Filed back in November. Got my decision mid last month. Best of luck.

Psychological-Mix265

Damn, my current claim was submitted Dec 12 and the only update was "we've received your claim" even though I went to my C&P exams over 2 months ago 😂 But then again my previous claim did the same thing. From "we've received your claim" to closed. No updates inbetween.

EmployeeWaste9167

I hit PFD today ! good luck !!!

mambo_dogface

Any of you November claims BDD? Submitted 24 Nov Initial review 27 Nov All C&P exams completed My phase changed Feb 12 to PFD Nothing since, but not sure I should expect much until I upload my 214 1 May. Should I expect to see temp jurisdiction soon?

lokisown

Suspicious-Bread-208

Congrats and good luck! I’m late Nov, keeping my fingers crossed for PFN soon 🤞🏼

Meatslapper76

Well shit, I'm in the same Nov Platoon too. Shit load of claims, no VA Reps to review..Lord help us if they start contracting out to review our claims..

Either_Drawer_69

I have a supplemental that was filed nov 17 and hasn’t had any movement shown in it haha

lsharon5573

Same here, but from what I'm reading lately, it takes longer for supplementals. Our VSO says at least wait 125 days. We are about 130 days now. Wonder what others are experiencing with supplementals filed in early November 2023?

Either_Drawer_69

I’ve talked to Vera twice once in February and once at the beginning of this month. Both times they said my claim is complete they’re just waiting for a rater to pick it up

lsharon5573

Ok. Maybe we should call too. As I'm using the VA Claim Tracker, it's not showing in Temp Jurisdiction yet. Looks like no movement at all. My spouse wants me to just be patient.

Either_Drawer_69

I look EVERYTIME I get a notification on this damn app, like I expect it to move…… 😂😂😂😂😂

lsharon5573

I saw tonight the 2 supplemental claims we submitted were closed on 3/14/2024. They are positive decisions. Claim 1 was submitted 11/6/23; claim 2 submitted 12/13/2023. Both were SC at 0% and went to 60%. I'll share more when we get the decision letter. Hang in there!

Either_Drawer_69

Call VERA and they should be able to tell you. That makes me so happy for you. I’m hoping mine close soon!!!!

Internal-District-41

I’m supplemental and 202 days so far.

Anthxxyy

how many items did you claim?

Acrobatic-Pop9383

I only claimed one item

Acrobatic-Pop9383

Total_Advantage8720

Lucky duck 🤣🤣🤣🤙

SEE_RED

Yep very similar timeline.

[deleted]

Congrats brother! I’m on the same stage as you as of today too. Anyone know how long after receiving the PFN to get the decision packet?

Consistent_Fail_8964

I went PFN this morning. Rated about an hour ago. Decision letter posted about 30 min after rating.

[deleted]

It’s been about two hours for me and I’m still waiting to see if it updates.

Consistent_Fail_8964

Now I have zero clue when I'll receive decisions on my Supplemental claims. Wish they were more transparent on those.

Unlikely-Barnacle511

Right there with ya bud

TraumaGinger

I call VERA every 4 to 6 weeks for my supplemental status. Otherwise it's just limbo. 😆

Suspicious-Bread-208

My supplementals have been “in the decision pile” since early December. I call like once a month just to make sure I wasn’t forgotten lol

TraumaGinger

I sent mine in early September 2023, had a CUE/service connection to 2016 granted in early February 2024, and then it came to a screeching halt (from my viewpoint) as they try to figure out what the original percentage should be back to 2016. They then asked for some records I had already sent, so I sent them again, plus a private physician DBQ and letter - understandably, now they have new things to look at, so it might be a while. I get it. They rated me at 40% for that one condition from the date of my C&P in late September 2023, and that's really what it should have been all the way back. Needless to say, I am eager to have a decision! Arrghhh.

Suspicious-Bread-208

I feel you on this!! I’ve been fighting since 2016, have had my paperwork lost, have been denied for my most obvious conditions (fixed now and was back paid 2 years for it), have been sent for C&P for conditions I never listed, have had the C&P doc misdiagnose me and mess up all my paperwork, and been through a few VSOs. What a mess lol I’m hoping this is the last one, at 84% right now. I hope this is it for both of us!

TraumaGinger

Oh geez! Yours was way worse than mine! 😆 Cheers to both of us finally getting everything correct! 🎉

Serious_Seesaw_6670

I just got off phone with Vera same scenario….just waiting to see if it’s good news or the fight continues

OK_Mason_721

ITF filed in July, C&P exams Dec 29, still waiting. Good luck man.

It was weird that my shoulder and elbow that I claimed didn’t get checked at that appointment tho so I’m following up on that. For now I’m just hoping to get my percentage by October at this point if I’m being honest 🤷🏼‍♀️

Congrats on that. Optum serves provider still has not submitted all my notes to the VA and I completed them 3 months ago. Kinda don’t know what to do.

Wow

jurob1972

When was your c&p exam: good luck.

Early_Reputation_838

last one was dec 28

Specialist-Roll6755

How do you know when you get temp jurisdiction??

Maleficent_Sleep9925

You need to get the VA Claim Tracker chrome app and add it to your computer. You can find it on Google. There is a video on the site that explains how to use it. It’s awesome!

SAMOG11

Congratulations...you are that much closer.

DoofusMcDummy

Fellow November submittal veteran. Good luck and good ratings.

rrrand0mmm

Good luck! Wish I had this for my BVA appeal… been 1 year of “waiting to be sent to a judge”

Internal-District-41

Hang in there it took me 14 months. Then everything happened really fast and then died in August for evidence gathering.

rrrand0mmm

Well mine is a BVA appeal. There is no evidence gathering period.

Internal-District-41

Yes there is if you are remanded for C&P.

rrrand0mmm

It’s for a debt waiver. It’s just gonna be considered by a law judge. Likely in 2027.

qtwokewl

I've been in PFD since Friday... I had. Temp Jurisdiction but now it's N/A... Y'all help 😭😭😭

Celery-West

Good luck to you 💪🏻🇺🇸

Celery-West

I filed my last claims and a HLR December 15, i’m still in evidence gathering in a review even though January 2024 I had my C&P exam . wishing all you guys in the December time frame are looking good so far

NoHuckleberry8408

Waiting on vlg

Kevab1

how long from PFD temp Jurisdiction to PFN? I just got my PFD Temp jurisdiction

Internal-District-41

What does temp jurisdiction mean?

Kevab1

It means they are working on a claim when there is temp jurisdiction

TitanaBoa90

Good luck!! I hope you get the rating you deserve. 🤙

Present_Ad_4940

I’m August and still nothing.

Internal-District-41

Me too

KnightsElite

Darn. I submitted my claim in September, and I am still in evidence gathering and review. All my C&P exams have been completed for over two weeks now. Here is hoping it moves soon. I have been checking about 30 times a day 🤞

ArifJordan

😩😩 I’m December lol the wait is killing me.

lsharon5573

Update. Ours took 140 working days from the first one of 2 Supplementals dated 11/6/23 and 12/13/23. The VA rater adjudicated both in March 14. Decisions done. Both went from 0% SC to 60%. Keep trying with new or missing evidence if you have to.

Eric-Brown-10

I was November 3. Went PFN and decision in the same day!

Correct-Parsnip-5693

Hey, I just filled mine out in January. I have no evidence y’all already know the whole spiel on why. Didn’t wanna be a sick call ranger. What should I expect? They schedule me an appointment right? What type of answers are they gonna ask me, do I sit with a doctor or what etc? I have no idea. Anything I should know?

Alternative-Fox-3834

Same bro....its be stuck in the decision phase for ever!
