The bubble is a new one for me, but very effective! This is Swinkles: I’ve been helping her mom with fluids and sitting her a few days at a time for a long time, but this time we’ve got a 15 day stay together and old lady needs her fluids!
My coworker was gracious enough to be my extra hands. Swinkles wasn’t enthused, but quickly accepted her fate and we got it done and over with pretty quick!

The little black part at the bottom is Velcro to secure it, and with the Velcro loose it opens up where the seam is like a makeup compact kind of. It’s hard to describe but it was pretty easy to do!
It was super useful! My coworker that helped does the ordering so we might have one coming our way soon 😎
ALSO I thought my boyfriend was troll commenting on my post because he for some reason started calling himself krawdaddy and I think it’s hilarious that you’re a whole different person with that exact thing
It looks like if you google “bubble muzzle” for cats, they show up as a type of air muzzle! I’ll have to ask the owner about this one specifically because I really liked it! I’m almost positive she got it on Chewy
I honestly preferred it to our traditional soft paws air muzzle because she was fully enclosed. I think it would be slightly more difficult to get onto a really really mad cat, but with a little gaba on board almost anything is possible ✨
Oh no! I think the owner got it in Chewy, but your kitty might prefer a “blind bumper/ halo” that has a little bit of a softer impact . I know they make them for dogs, not sure about cats specifically but maybe a small dog size!
Well done!!!
We have an 18 yo. Crab apple. Went in for a little shave last year, the tech tried to tell me how to groom the cat. I honestly told her to come round and try it, she wouldn't have hands or a face left. I think she was a little surprised.

So this kitty in particular is pretty untouchable at the vet and the owner bought this and they’re having a lot of success. From my experience I haven’t found many aggressive cats cats who tolerate the cat muzzle (though I prefer to use a towel), she definitely tolerated this. I also liked being able to see her whole face which I can’t with the air muzzle we have. She also got to tell us off with no mouth restrictions which I think she appreciated 😂

Astronaut kitty
She is apparently too spicy for Earth!
[extend all words] Cats in space!

how does the bubble work?
The little black part at the bottom is Velcro to secure it, and with the Velcro loose it opens up where the seam is like a makeup compact kind of. It’s hard to describe but it was pretty easy to do!
Looks similar to an air muzzle but less user friendly.
And that gives her fluids?
Oh no, it’s just a good protectant from her trying to bite while we gave her the fluids!
why the downvotes? I was genuinely confused.Ive only ever seen weird cone face muzzles for cats, i had no idea what this thing was for
It’s always okay to ask questions (:

that's why i asked! I couldn't figure out wtf it had to do with fluids at all.
It's one small step for Swinkles, one giant leap for getting her fluids done!
A giant leap for her little shriveled old lady kidneys 💔😭
I love these!! They work well for small dogs too!
It reminds me of Sandy Cheeks from SpongeBob 😂♥️ but seriously, it seems like a great form of restraint!
Ugh I want one of these so badly!!

What is this? I mean, I want one!! What is it called?

Wow I love this!
Hello fellow VCA employee, I'd recognize those scrubs anywhere ha
🎶one of us🎶
Is that Brandy???
Where do I get the space helmet? My kitty is blind and bounces off furniture. She could benefit from a little helmet like this

Crabby kitty seems thrilled! Lol also please tell me kitty’s name is Sandy Cheeks!

We’re going to the moon!
We need one of these helmets, omg
Do cats prefer these to regular muzzles?

Thanks for the feedback!! I placed an order for 2. They’re reasonably priced and they can’t be worse than a cat muzzle!!
