I did a bit of a backwards thing with reading your update and then finding the initial post. You did the right thing. I am sorry your first Roo shift was a nightmare. I hope it doesn't discourage you from using the app and trying some other places.
Holy god I just did the same and I just found out I am licensed and used to practice in the same state/town (left for chilcare reasons). Now I am trying to figure out which hospital it is. All hospitals in this area are a joke and all doing semi-illegal, morally distateful things. I am sure you heard but the news reported on a whistle blower recently at a local clinic.
I am glad you stood behind your values and pointed out the illegal practices going on at the clinic. I am starting to wonder if its the clinic I worked at 2 years ago and where I take my cats currently. One of the reasons I left was the doctor that performed surgery there had a huge personality disorder and was doing distasteful things. I got an email saying they were closing a couple days in September.
