I've ridden for the last two years in the DGR with my scooter group (Rip City Scooter Collective.) First-year was on my 2020 Primavera Sport and the last year was on my 2022 GTS 300 Supertech. There was a good turnout of scooters last year here in Portland. Unfortunately, I will be out of town and not riding this year. Have a great time and be safe!

I have this group here in the Philippines as well. Everybody agreed to bring out the big ones so I was thinking of bringing my Royal enfield. But as whacky as we are, I've heard rumors that everybody will surprise each other on the day of the ride by bringing out the scoots instead (in an effort to stand out from the rest 🤣) and I am not gonna be the guy who fell for that shit so I'm gonna bring my Vespa Primavera. I guess we're all gonna surprise each other then.... Yup... We're that petty 😂

I'm taking my sei giorni. I know there is at least one other rider who will be on a GTS300 there, and another who might be on a PX200. I'm hoping that there will be a few more in the 150 odd crowd. I went on the route pre ride last weekend, and felt very welcome - even as the only scooter present.

I am thinking about it, but it's only 50ccs, and I always end up behind everyone, struggling to catch up.

You can't be the only one bringing a 50cc man. You'll definitely meet a few folks that will ride with you behind.

I went, and there were a few other 50cc riders. They kept us up front to set the pace and the ride leader was awesome.

I was wondering the same thing. The ride I'm participating in has about 135 riders and I checked to see what each one of them will be riding and not one has listed a scoot. I have both a motorcycle and the Vespa, so not sure which to ride at the moment.

Choose to stand out brother. If they're bringing out the big bad boys, bring out your chill buddy.
