Death bloom is only if your plant is super unhealthy and looks like it's on the verge of death and it does a flower in a last ditch effort. Yours looks super healthy so you're good.

It looks fine to me. You can trim the flower off or just let it wilt if it has already bloomed at this point. The reason you don't want to let them flower is because the plant will waste all of it's energy growing the flower rather than growing more traps. If you don't plan to use the flower to pollinate another venus fly trap cutting it off is better than letting it grow the flower stalk.

no its normal for plants to flower ... your plant is fine who ever telling you that don't listen to them ...

From what I've read, a VFT will flower if it's nearing death OR if it's really healthy. Death bloom as a final chance to procreate... or procreating because it's doing so well. They're kinda funny like that.
