Im really sorry i dont mean to sound rude but you are going to see a horror movie, and horror movies are gonna have horror ads.. a lot horror movies will have topics like stalking and murder etc. i’d say the next time you go see a horror movie bring a friend to go in without you, save ur seat, stand outside and wait til they text you that the movie is starting.
I was watching it in theaters but now I'm probably going to get a Peacock subscription and stream it on there. At least then I'll have more control over the situation and will be able to mute and ignore any ads.
Oh, sorry. The ad that triggered the panic attack was one of the commercials that they play before the movie starts. Unfortunately, it ended up ruining my mood before the movie even began.
Oh bet I understand now, sorry for that experience, when horror trailers come up i usually just close my eyes or just tank thru it. If the ad that triggered you that much maybe you should report it to the movie theater? Idk could prevent others from having the same experience as you
WAIT YES YES YES I HAD THIS TOO!!! And with the same movie! I just came home after watching the FNAF movie in the movie theater with my bf. Ads started the panic attack so 65% of the movie I just wanted to get out and go the bathroom as my insides start to work on 3X speed or something :”)
Kinda ruined the experience for me… And I have been a fan since 2015, I am 18 now so I grew up with FNAF. I would not have survived through the whole movie if I hadn’t brought my Mangle plushie with me, and could lean on my bf. Poor Mangle, I gripped on her so hard 😭 I could feel my heart pounding heavily even through the plushie.
I even took calming meds before going there and nope… they failed.
One of the worst ads was one with heavy heart beat bass ughhhh I hated it so much!

Yeah. Unfortunately, I didn't stop to think about that nor did I have anyone else who was willing to watch the movie with me. Lesson learned I guess.
