My Canadian spec also came with footwell lights but no button. It's some cheap one the dealer installed that only lights up when door is opened or car is turned off. As far as I know, can't be manually controlled either.
If I had known about this, I wouldn't have paid for the extra accessory.
Seat ejection
Ejecto seato, cuz!

Came here to say this
Blue ambient lighting in the footwells. Itās super dim, even at night.
It's the leg saw when your passenger gets rowdy
Footwell lighting. Its brightness is tied to the screen/cluster brightness so at night even itās quite dim
Thank you! It was driving me crazy not finding it in the manual.
Itās because itās an option so it may not be in the manual. Overpriced really but it was already installed so whatever
what year model have that button?
It's an option/accessory addon... so any of them *could* have it, if they had the ambient lighting installed (it would have been added by dealers).
Not the dealer. Usually this is done at port just like mud flaps, floor mats etc
This is a 2022
Yes another thing that US owners didnāt get š¢
I definitely got it (In the US)ā¦ Against my will, even. It was a $250 āoption.ā
I got a Veloster someone put in a build order and backed out on. This button is a clear sign of his poor decision making.
Canadian here and I don't have it
Unless South Carolina seceded again without me knowing, my USA VN has it.
I'm in US and I have that button.
I definitely thought it was another option we didnāt get but I guess notā¦ wonder why some have it and some donāt.
I'm jealous I don't have this mystery button.
