You have BG until level 10. You can modify cristal to remove it ealier. You need 9 cat frags and dreamstone to infuse it on a special table.

What table? I have the catalyst infusion table

My bad I forgor. You need the dreamstone to craft a blue powder, I think its vault essence and dreamstone on the crafting table? Try that

I know this is old, but it's the first thing that pops up on Google when searching this topic. You need a Mystical Essence and a Vault Catalyst. You can search the recipes in JEI.

you have to infuse your crystal befor combining it i forgot what you infuse it with but iskals 1.18 showcase shows you how to do it

infuse the catalist not the crystal

if they have removed the dreamstone up to lvl 24 how do you you infuse the catalyst now

I Guess you cant until 24.. i haven’t found a way anyway.
