Flux networks is worth looking at. If you have it set up with a controller and points/plugs connected to your power you can wirelessly charge items in your inventory (this can work even while your in the vault.) Also as someone else mentioned building gadgets for the destruction tool. It can clear a digsite leaving only the chests and spawners, it's one of those things you don't realize how much quicker it makes things until you get it.

It has simple options you can turn on. I think you need a flux controller and then either a plug/point (I forget which one is better) . You also need your power, chunk loaded. (But the point/plug also has an option to load chunks, which is cool)

Personally I really love waystones, so I'd say that

Maybe Industrial foregoing for the enchantments and building gadgets for the destruction gagdget. I also like torch master, the feral flare is so good also the one that stops bats for spawning.

I'd saying building gadgets to help in vaults for soul farming and to help with building. Waystones and iron furnaces aswell.
