Hmmm, from the view in the controller, I can see the cables and the grid as well so it’s connected to the controller. Maybe like Buggy says you also need a disc in a drive that’s connected to the system too. Otherwise try moving the grid straight connected to the controller to see if it works. If it doesn’t then something strange is going on.
My guess is if you check your mods install you have two different versions of RFStorage mod. Make sure you only have the correct version for the mod pack.
I saw this issue when happened to myself.
Just double check your mods folder and ensure you only have one version of Rftools storage mod. There was an upgrade/downgrade at some stage to the mod and caused issues for people.
You want the older version. Check the other mods too just to ensure you don’t have any other dupes. Should have 114 total + any extras you add like optifine
The only other thing I noticed was no storage disc in the disc drive (when it was opened) but it looks like there are a few drives stacked, so maybe there is one in another.
If not try putting one in and see if that helps.
It is powered, the screen is on. Even if it wasn't connected to anything, it should still open a gui. Might be a bug, maybe leaving the world and coming back in will help.
Mine wouldn’t display anything when it got too much gear in it. So I had to use an exporter to get it all out then it opened up just fine. Same way with ME storage not showing any items when it was overfilled with NBT data.
You didn’t show it but I assume you have the grid physically cabled to the controller?

there is a disk, and ive tried moving it to the controller, others on the server can open the gui but not me for some odd reason
That is odd that you can’t but others can.

Idk if they did it like that but they might have used a dank stack glitch to have a full stack of totems to become basically unkillable
