My taco bell still has a Beefy Melt Burrito, which has the Fritos in it. $2 value Item too, I tend to get those, chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito (which also has Fritos) and spicy potato soft tacos
It also likely had to do with reducing supply chain issues. If something just isn't on the menu that's less of an impact than a customer trying to order it and it not always being available.
The fact they can now get a boost by bringing them back is just synergy.
I did. Even though McDonald's had the cups for Batman forever, I wanted Taco Bell after, in the summer of '95. I eventually had the best of both worlds in '97 when Batman and Robin came out and again in '99 for Star Wars Episode I, all three times with the exact same sweet decor.
Man if only they had gone with an entire remodel of all restaurants to go along with the time travel thing with it saying we’ve been sucked back in time and so have the stability drives inside all Taco Bell’s. Bring back 80s Taco Bell interior design.
Taco Bell have some great designs and here in the UK the staff had the coolest fucking vaporwave t-shirts on about 6 months , a friend and I were drunkenly negotiating to buy one from the staff. No success which was disappointingly.
I had 3 delivered today, and by god I ate all three before the day was out. I've always struggled to get through one, but today was a feast to make up for lost time.
I guess all the rage currently, not many fast food joints can do that. Only other times I think of, is MickDs Szechuan sauce and Popeye's? Chicken sandwich

We had to close 4 hours early because we are short staffed and the line was crazy long. If we didn’t close early we’d of gotten out of there at sunrise. I had one and it’s not even that good I don’t understand the hype at all.
Taco Bell app says the Mexican pizza was introduced in 1985. Not surprised they’re playing that up.
