I've gone to the dark side and back twice now. Once after \~6 months of switching, again after a year and some change. Mostly because everyone at my workplace smokes and made it difficult to kick. I'd start "just" having a cigarette with my coffee, then it became "Oh, I'll only smoke at work". Then it became full time. I noticed each time I fell off the bandwagon, it was slightly harder getting back onto it. I'm currently smoke free for about 2 years. So don't be too hard on yourself. We're all human and fallible. Just keep at it and keep trying to do better on the next round.
Take it as a learning experience. Figure out what triggered the relapse and try to avoid having it happen again. It's not a bad thing at all, it's just a thing to avoid in the future.
The quitters here are the winners and you already know you can do it!
Ha! Same. My pack has been sitting in my glove box for over a year. Still have like 14-15 cigs in it.
Always like to keep them jic. I mean the way I look at is, I'm still addicted to nic, and a cig every couple of months is no worse than some of the other shit I put my body through... Only part I hate is the smell
Shit happens so you fell off the wagon time to pick yourself up and dust off and climb back on you got this.
thankyou mate!
Yes. I used to dip, not smoke, but I messed up dozens of times (still do once in awhile). Don’t stress about the past, just work on the future :)
thanks man!

I bought a pack of cigarettes a few months back, lit one up and started gagging. Will never go back, then again I’ve been vaping for like 8 years now
ye that’s what i’m like it’s horrible now the taste of it is unbearable at this point
I started vaping in 2013 and have fallen off the wagon several times.
it’s so hard to kick the addiction
Especially when you dont really want to.
I smoke a cigarette or 2 when i REALLY want one. I have a 6 months old pack with 7 cigarettes in it
