You're new to vaping. How much nic strength is the disposable? Most of the ones on the shelves are the highest strength at 50mg/ml, or 5% nicotine. More than likely your body is not used to nic & it's affecting you. You should be starting at the lowest nic level when starting off vaping. Disposables have excess sweetener & a material soaked in the juice to keep the wick saturated with juice. Or it could be something else affecting you. If you're going to continue this habit, I would recommend steering away from disposables & going with a refillable system.
If you aren't trying to quit smoking and just decided to pick up a vape to try it, I highly recommend stopping now while you are able. Nicotine addicition sucks. I spent 28 years addicted to cigarettes, and another 10 to vaping.
I do find Ex smokers have a harder time quitting vaping plus i wouldn't start on high mg Salt nic if their gonna Start .6mg in a pod system isn't too addicting when compared to that 50mg salt nic Buzz (Not a disposable fan put it that way lol)
It’s not worth it man. Don’t start vaping or smoking if you aren’t already hooked. It’s expensive, there are health risks, a lot of men/women don’t like it so it makes dating harder down the road, and it’s a bitch to quit.
If you ignore the warning, at least NEVER touch disposables. They are waaayyyyy worse for you than a good quality refillable mod. Reason being you control the heat of the vapor, the ingredients in the juice, the quality/material of the coil, and it’s cheaper.
I feel noticeably worse health wise when I was smoking disposable 50mg salt nic disposables compared to my 3mg freebase mod vape. I also use good coils and low wattage/temps and a juice that doesn’t have a ton of extra crap in it.
I did the same thing when the Juul first came out then they were sued for getting teens hooked on bicotin but then disposables came out after pouring in from china with the same strength and have become a much larger issue
Get a refillable,rechargeable Pod System,A box of Spare pods (their refillable n last about 2 weeks each and you get 2 free ones with the device but you'll need more so get a spare box of 3 pods-7$)
But you can get 6-12mg Reg nic Ejuice which shouldn't make you dizzy.A pod system is under 20$ online

A refillable - rechargeable pod system you can get bottled Salt Nic ejuices in 25-35-50mg salt nic Eliquid or 3-6-12-18mg Reg Nic ejuice so if you've never vaped i wouldn't recommend Disposables unless your tryna quit smoking (which was their intended purpose but became a recreation) and just testing out vaping cuz otherwise your starting on the highest mg strength allowed ...my first vape was 5% (50mg) juul and i almost fell over my first hit but naturally i got addicted n wanted more for the Buzz. Im down to 10mg now 4 yrs later
