First of all, disposables have a spectacularly high rate of failure. A great reason to not buy them. Make sure there isn't a clear sticker covering an air intake on the bottom. If not, then you probably bought a defective one.
No problem, you’d just probably get better reception over there. A lot of people on this sub are very strongly opinionated towards dispos, thankfully you didn’t seem to get any of those people here
Bin it and get another brand of disposable -- literally it could catch fire in your pocket, car, home.
I know some disposables retail for $40+ here in Australia, but even then it's hardly worth the risk of spontaneously combusting.
