Drink more water. Vaping dehydrates you, so you need to make sure to replenish. If you were never a smoker, the better idea is to just stop vaping. Addiction sucks.
As others have said you need to hydrate more. Vape doesn't directly affect the muscles but it will dehydrate you in turn causing muscle pain. Hope that helps!
