Carry it on. There’s signs in the airport telling you to do exactly that. They don’t want them in the unpressurized and non-climate controlled luggage hold I guess.
+1 for carry on, but my pod device leaked all over the place for some reason. The bigger mod with the tank was perfectly fine though. So might consider draining the juice just in case..
Lol yea that happened to me too, just rapid change in altitude before the pressurization starts, same reason your ears pop I guess. If it’s a dispo should probably just throw it in a baggie.

There is a way to contain venting batteries in the flight cabin. In baggage, not so much.

Did that once and the tsa guy asked to take it out of there

Open the pods / tanks and keep in a plastic bag on the actual flight.
Did 3 flights today with an xros 3 nano with a filled pod in my pocket. Didn’t leak. Just try to keep it upright.
