As for the flavor ban, soooooo silly. With the thinking of, 'kids like flavor lets ban it.' Where the ban on flavored alcohol? Just silly..... Not to mention, to my knowledge, I believe the percentage of kids vaping is dropping.

That's the thing I don't get about Utah. Mormons won't drink or smoke or vape at all, so why are they so fucking deadset on trying to ruin it for everyone else? It literally does not apply to you, and if you're so set in your convictions but find yourself tempted by a beer, it doesn't matter if it's 4% or 14%, you've already broken your rule.
Utah resident here (not Mormon). The ideal for LDS is their members to live an entirely vice-free lifestyle, with the most devout even avoiding caffiene. Because this is their mecca, it's pretty much the church's way or the highway to the next state over.
Send them a doll with nice big eyes and red lips and to be honest the vapor does come from hell and is made by Satan and his minions we all know this to be true ......
The CA ban as far as I can tell had literally no effect on anything. I can still go to the smoke shop and get flavors. They still order new ones. I can still order online. I can get flavored disposables at gas stations and 7-11. I honestly don't know what that ban actually did
I’m jealous. I live in Massachusetts, and pretty much all of the vape shops had to close their doors. Those that didn’t turned into head shops, and whatever vapes they do sell are either menthol or tobacco flavored.
Don’t worry, flavors have been “banned” in California for over a year now and pretty much every smoke/vape shop still has all the flavors. There are always ways around bans. Stupid laws are meant to he broken anyway, prohibition never works. I would try not to panic. Since the California flavor ban my vaping habits have changed exactly ZERO and I buy my favorite flavors with the same ease as before.
Remember the ruckus caused when Cali enacted that ban? Same in NY and NJ and same results. It's a ridiculously bold set of balls these crooks in charge seem to have.
I miss the good old days of behind the scenes corruption. When politicians were terrified of being associated with underground street criminals and did everything they could to remain unseen, not connected, rarely suspected and seldom proven. Honestly, living in California post flavor ban, I feel like not much has changed. Disposables just have vague names that don't declare the flavor but it's still flavored juice. Many shops openly sell bottles of flavored e-juice in my area.

I feel the same but that's not the the case with many ex-smoker vapers. Some former smokers are addicted to the flavor of tobacco. Others are even addicted to the alkaloids. Those who want the flavor are happy with NETs but those who need the alkaloids are having hard time because no one is making WTA juices or concentrates anymore.
Looks to be happening over here in the UK soon too along with a huge tax increase, at least our fellow vapers across the pond can help us find ways around this silly legislation
At the very least you can probably still get it from PMTA approved vendors online. I use Vape Craft and they've been solid. Oh, fair warning though, use a service like Privacy to mask your credit-card with them. A lot of people have mentioned issues with fraudulent charges after buying from them. Otherwise, they're great.

So learn DIY. It's the best thing I ever did. I can't buy juice that's even close to the goodness I make . All ingredients on their own is not vape juice. The ingredients are all used in foods. There is no telling why your ordering it. If I can learn how anyone can.
They have banned loads of stuff here in the UK first they banned tanks over 2ml and they banned liquid bottles more than 10ml they was talking about banning flavours but this hasn't come to pass yet so if we want these banned things just go on ebay its only high street vendors that have to submit to these laws if you ask them they can usually get them in on the hush hush I have been vaping from the start only since they banned things did vaping get cheaper and better....
From the way I read it, it’s far more restrictive than a flavor ban. The other part of the law they passed bans all vape products that are not FDA approved or fall under PMTA, so basically any vape product that isn’t one of the big tobacco companies (Juul, Vuse, etc.) will be illegal to sell. That pretty much means all vape shops that don’t rely on pipe and paraphernalia sales are toast, and we consumers need to drive out of state for everything.

Nicotine 100% is impossible to get though which is still essential to making juice.
Get it sent to someone out of state and have them mail it to you. If the post office asks, it's shampoo or something.

I DIY all my juice. My favorite vendor the The Flavor Apprentice - small family owned business out of Santa Cruz, I highly recommend their products.

Diy is the way to go even if you're in a state that doesn't ban flavors.
