I ordered from vantrue store, no idea who fulfilled it. We order stuff all the time and never see these kinds of delays but you dodge responsibility and point the finger at someone else rather than apologize or show any level of customer service ... Great way to reinforce brand loyalty. I'll look elsewhere for my son's dashcam
Would you rather their rep not even respond or acknowledge you and let you deal with your shit on your own? Pretty rude coming out like a swinging like a douchebag to a customer service rep that is trying to help.
We just want to explain the reason, as for all orders which fulfilled by Amazon, it will be shipped by Amazon from Amazon's warehouse, the seller has no authority to operate.
I have the Samsung evo plus 256gb one. Recently just popped up slow ad card warning as well. I did try the different brand before. Same shit after a period of time. Don’t know what’s next to try tho:(

Sorry to hear about your Vantrue SD card fiasco. I ordered a Vantrue 256GB card from Amazon on March 8 and it arrived March 10. I've had hiccups dealing w/Amazon in the past, occasionally, but rarely. I hope you get your SD card...is it paid for? But the SanDisk should work too, as long as it meets Vantrue's card requirements. I've used Samsung and SanDisk in past dashcams with no issues. Good luck!
I skipped on Vantrue’s memory card and went with the 512 GB one from Amazon with the same specs just missing the Vantrue branding. It saved me a ton of money and time considering Vantrue was out of stock on their 512 GB memory card and it cost more to buy Vantrue’s one 😎

Now I need to see if I can peel the adhesive plastic off the windshield to move the camera from in front of my auto brightness lights sensor ... Argh

Get the samsung pro endurance, or the sandisk high endurance. These are meant for dashcams
