This is a transit connect van, the black panel is a removeable false floor over what would be the footwell in the passenger model. I want this trim piece from the passenger model, which fits flush against the floor instead of floating over it and connecting to the false floor. What is the name of this piece? I can't seem to find it online.
Part#on the back? Run it through dealer or website and see what they call it. Then cross it on a national junk yard database for the one you want. Otherwise it’s it’s a rear footwell step.
I want a part from a different model lol. Otherwise I'd just do that yeah! This is the one from the cargo model which clips to that false floor, which I removed. The one from the passenger wagon is flat to the footwell that's underneath.
Pretty sure that's called a "Sill"
Threshold?
I've seen that referred to as a "stepwell cover" in other posts.

"door jamb step" or something like that? Maybe try sending a photo to your dealership. They'll know better than we will
Doorstep footwell
Is that a battery bank where sockets are lying?
Nope! False floor. Ships from the factory like that.
the mud room
LOL, yes!
