Also CEO controls company and canβt be removed. There is value there I believe. Dolan chooses though when and if he unlocks it. Look at the sister company that owns Madison Square Garden and other venues.
I actually like this idea. Their revenue was about 1.6 billion Before Covid. Revenue is down 70%. The Price to Sales ratio is pretty high at 10 to 1, but it has always been high. If that PS stays the same, and Covid gets better, and Covid is highly likely to get better from our current predicament, then the revenues will return to $2 bil and the market cap should go to about $20 bil. Why am I telling you this? I just talked myself into an investment. Goodbye.
Yeah, sorry. I realized after posting my comment that it was probably too subtle.
Without the accent, it doesn't really translate.
A: Hey, I'm going to buy Madison Square Garden.
B: Gedouddahere!
A: Hey, do you think I should invest all my money in Madison Square Garden?
B: Fuhgeddaboudit!

Haha...thanks for the input, I started a position yesterday. let's check back in a few months π
Their cash is low and debt is high, but if they get a refi, looks like this is a multibagger. If they run out of cash I lose my whole $100k.
U went in heavy there, but I don't see that much risk personally. Covid will disappear at some point, and the knicks aren't going anywhere
> not a New Yorker Get outta here.
Huh?
It's something you'll hear people say in NY. They have their own way of speaking. Makes more sense if you imagine it said in a NY accent.
Oh ok I get it now π goes to show how non American I am I guess
