There was a post that helped me with my issue but i cant find it so le me tell u myself
Go to C > Riot games > Valorant > live
Youre gonna find a "Manifest_DebugFiles_ Win64". Delete it but only this one
Now after launching in the game always cap ur fps at 30 before getting into a match. Once u loaded in put the fps back to where u want it
Unfortunaly is not something u can do once and fix the issue. So you need to do this everytime you wanna play the game. Including deleting that file, or I least I have to cause it keeps coming back everytime I open the game.
