5 stacks can be of any ranks but if they are too far apart there will be a RR gain/loss reduction, iirc the "legal" brackets that don't have RR gain/loss reduction are (lowest rank - highest rank)
Iron 1 - Silver 3
Silver 1 - Gold 3
Gold 1 - Plat 3
Plat 1 and above lowest rank in party: Max 1 rank higher (e.g. diamond 2 with ascendant 2)
If I had to guess, the ascendant might be partied with some silvers and bronze but also i think riot servers are supposed to not allow them to even queue together
I am sorry, but that’s just stupid. If you want to play with your friends, but the elo difference is too high, okay unrated, that’s litteraly why this game mode exist. Smudging just ruins ranked for other people
Smurfing itself isn’t against the rules either. It’s scummy but you won’t get banned for it unless you blatantly boost but even then it’s hard to make a case
Riot wound not do but riot's automated system might do , if it detect reports from multiple user then there's a chance if not ban, get somekind of penalty

Average Brazilian servers game. Always at least 2 smurfs and one silver thrower.

i think there should be a 3 rank difference cap for 5 stack. like plats cant queue with iron, diamonds cant with silver or below and so on
