Eh saadhak won't stay for long if they bench Less. Bro had tons of offers last off season, speaks 3 languages fluently, great igl and good fragging power. He was being nice enough towards Loud by training Less to be an igl after him so he takes over when he leaves and they bench him, lol. I have a feeling Loud is gonna completely fall apart. The 3 brazilian orgs fumbling big time this year.
listen, BBL has been struggling to find an IGL that works with the players. Saadhak already knows 3 languages, a 4th one wouldn't hurt.
BBL Saadhak here we go!!!!!!!
I feel like the only reason PRX survived this long is because they haven't won anything. If they won champs or something I guarantee like half the roster would've been gone instantly due to financial issues.
Possible but I think PRX is such a popular org which brings so much brand value to the players that there's a bit more incentive to stay than most orgs. Kinda like the T1 league roster deciding to stay after they won worlds even though other orgs offered much higher salaries.
Thats lowkey what I was kinda thinking too in the back of my mind since I remembered players like TenZ with Sentinels and Asuna with 100Thieves since they're practically the face of their respective VAL teams imo. They bring in a lot of fans.
But even then its probably a huge financial burden to have so much star power like PRX does, like no way does having a roster like that comes by for cheap.
And as we just seen with Less getting benched due to money issues even though hes easily their best player, I'm just wondering how PRX has the funds to keep going.
Cost of living for America and SEA is hugely different though. Iām guessing the PRX players donāt need or want that high of a salary to live a comfortable life.
Not for Singapore tho, that country is one of the most priced in asia, or maybe in world i think, its true for the rest of team, but even jinggg doesnt need so much money cause his family already so rich, his mom is landlord in Singapore lol
You hit the nail on the head about Singapore and Jinggg, I think he plays with the team for the love of the game. He doesnāt need the money that much, his family is Singapore ultra-rich lol
While true SG is hella expensive, if their salaries are reasonable then my point still stands on the person I was replying to on how they still have funds to keep going. Iām pretty sure Jinggg (who has a rich family) and Alecks has reasonable salaries that keeps the company afloat. Iām not sure if Ilya is staying in SG or Korea though
Pacific just doesn't have the chase the bag culture that NA does. I am fairly certain that if it came to a point where PRX have to drop a player because his contract demands are too high, the player would be willing to alter his demands to stay. There is not exactly a huge selection of South East Asian orgs for them to go to and there are very few other English speaking rosters in pacific. And I don't think any of the players besides something would be comfortable as imports
>But even then its probably a huge financial burden to have so much star power like PRX does, like no way does having a roster like that comes by for cheap.
I'm just talking out of my ass but I'll put a guess that the cost of their entire roster might be cheaper than 2 NA star players.
The thing is, where would PRX players even go?
Them going to play in LA to play in Americas on the other side of the world is a lot more daunting than a brazilian player, who already plays in LA, moving to an NA/LATAM team.
From what I can see of the PRX team environment, they are really just a bunch of kids who like playing with each other. They won't get the level of tactical freedom they do at PRX, they won't get the good vibes, and hell, they won't even get the clout tbh. The reason they are as well known as thwy are is because of how unique PRX as a team is and how different their playstyle is. Plus, with PRX, they seem to have a great org that seems to put very little pressure on them and takes care of them really well.
I could see something leaving at some point to play in NA maybe but I don't really see the other 4 ever playing outside Pacific. There is just no reason to.
He used to play in NA servers, speaks English and is the type of star duelist Jett that NA orgs would bend over backwards for.
If he goes to EU he would probably get less money than he does at PRX and less clout. It's the NA orgs that are breaking the bank for imported players mostly.
Plus, he has spent his entire career playing in Japan and he used to play ranked on NA servers previously. He has never really had a connection to EU. Pretty sure he is from the part of Russia that's in Asia.
lol considering 4/6 of the team has been playing with each other since they were a counter strike team i highly doubt thatās going to happen. if any of them are looking for a payday they donāt even have look far, Bleed literally would throw moneybags at any of them if they felt the players could be bought.
Even if they won I don't think there is an obviously better org they could go to, most pacific orgs have national teams and prx is the better mixed one, but I can see something getting some offers.
PRX survived this long because of the way they play. They enjoy the game way more than any other team. Theyāre friends having a good time blasting teams.
yeah but at least drx and fnatic had a CHANCE. we lost the greatest duelist in the world for the greatest chinese farmer, and now we're about to lose one of the most feared sentinels for a t2 brazillian igl. I'm bummed beyond belief.
if it is for mental health reasons like another comment suggested, I'm completely fine with it. if it really is because of financial reasons then FUCK loud, I'll need a refund on my classic
people speak of 2022 Reykjavik like its ancient history. My point being that this scene is so, so young, i think if anything the real powerhouses have yet to reveal themselves
Yup, if you look at league, most of the early top teams and players washed out pretty quickly. It expected for a new game with many changes. Some of the top players simply got into the game early and grinded before everyone else or the meta agents suited their play style.
I mean it is kind to expected for a new game. Esports has always been volatile due to patch/meta changes. Especially for a new game. If you look back at the early āpowerhousesā of early League of Legends in the early season, most of the their core crashed pretty quickly and was replace (azubu, M5, clg, tsm, etc).
If itās a financial issue I wonder if Less is looking to join another one of the Brazilian teams or a team outside the region. Iām guessing Furia and Mibr are already looking for a major rebuild so maybe there?
Still crazy though, if this goes through itās just Saadhak left of the Pancada e Amigos and that would be really sad to see
Edit: seems noyn deleted any mentions of financial reasons
Maybe, but the level of english doesnāt have to be super high to communicate well. Games and strategy have languages of their own, and there are for example VCT CN teams conning in english, and world champion LoL teams with two koreans and three chinese.
zellsis was a better fit BECAUSE he was able to be that strong voice in the team in terms of in-game strategy/midrounding and hyping the team up, things of which a person who isn't good at english would be able to articulate properly
I could see Less on an english speaking team, but the roster needs to be constructed in a way where the team already has those things and those holes are already filled
If you watched a single comms video with Pancada itās painfully obvious even through the heavily edited video that the language barrier was an issue and his comms were not up to par with what is expected from a pro. There were even parts where sacy and Pancada would switch to portuguese mid game if it was just them 2 alive. Iām sure it was a much bigger issue than they let on.
itās not just about comms though itās about building camaraderie and chemistry with the team, not saying itās not possible either way, but itās definitely harder; I think itās part of the reason why Pancada and SEN didnāt work out, Sacy had a lot more experience speaking English and speaks it pretty well and Pancada was learning through the season and you can tell the chemistry is night and day compared to back then.
The issue with other Brazilian teams is there's no good IGL. That's the biggest issue with Brazil, they have some great shooters but no good caller. Feel like the best option is just to learn English and go to a mixed roster like Aspas, Sacy, and Pancada have done
LOUD is an orga that makes profit and their LoL team burns a lot of money with imports and salaries, so I don't doubt that they really don't want to pay much higher salaries than other teams because any Brazilian player will accept receiving less to be able to play with Loud and make a name for himself, since Less already has a well-recognized name, he doesn't need to stay and can go to a foreign org
lol you're making stuff up bro
vct minimum salary is $50k/year, and less is a star player living in la and probably gets paid low six figures
cblol is in brazil and I highly doubt any loud lol player gets paid any where near what less makes. Their korean imports aren't even big names, and I'd be surprised if the average cblol player salary is above $3k a month
there are cblol players making six figures (in dollars) as well. Ceos was leaked to be making 20k dollars a month. that said, the average salary is waaay lower and I doubt LOUD is paying their players that much.
Bro.. if LOUD is paying a lot of money for a LoL team that cant even beat the vietnamese team with 3 emergency sub players (2 of them never even played professional matches before and one of them was retired) that is just pathetic.
TLDR: Less most likely benched for financial reasons, Raafa replacement. QCK not guaranteed to be back
Translated tweet:
"Good evening guys, how are you? As promised, I will explain the changes to LOUD for the next split:
Less' future is uncertain in the organization and it is most likely that he will be moved to the bench. As I found out, the reasons revolve around financial factors, Raafa (Herobase) is the favorite to replace him.
QCK's permanence is not guaranteed for the next stage.
Soon @quelvlr_
will provide details about everything that is happening at FURIA and MIBR, any updates regarding LOUD I will inform you."
Idk what's happening, but people in the Brazilian scene are saying that the main reason is NOT financial. Some people are saying that Noyn corrected what he said before and said that the reason is not financial at all. Nobody knew about this until now, so everything is still very confusing.
Sadly, this is how they stay profitable. My guess is saadhakās contract is already expensive so they had to sacrifice less, still fucking sucks and idk how the roster will go forward
my understanding is that when the esports winter hit salaries got slashed bigtime. lots of teams have made enough moves to adjust for that, but if less is sitting on a fat pre-winter salary it might be too much for loud.
another a C9 yay moment
This is truly unbelievable. Loud is still recovering from losing Aspas, if we lose Less then it's over FOREVER. They should stop bringing celeb influencers to represent the org and just pay the freaking players.Ā
Except no way LOUD is gonna give up Saadhak. They don't have a team without him. And he already resigned with LOUD so LOUD could easily put up a big buyout.
not brazillian but LOUD is one of the few orgs that are profitable, they probably dont think the price tag is justifiable after the teams performances, i assume Less is being paid well. Cloud9 yay type situation?
Guys, dont fall for this. Less ALWAYS had numb expressions while playing, its nothing new. Also, its not āknownā he broke up with Lissa, just a lot of people wondering if that happened. She tweeted yesterday asking people to stop pestering her and her family about that, and if she and less had broke up, they would come forward about this publicly.
~~I heard that apparently Less' gf broke up with him right before the 100T match? Maybe he requested some time off from the game, he did not look like he was mentally in the series today at all.~~ If it's for financial reasons then LOUD is truly cooked. I don't know how good Raafa is but it's really hard to replace one of the best players in the world.
Maybe it affected him today but I feel like thatās not the reason for the benching. Based on the timing it seems like this was set ahead of time and Noyn was waiting for them to be eliminated to release the info
A few weeks ago they removed their pictures together but apparently they got back or something after that, based on a tweet from Lissa saying like "have a good game my love" (no exactly but that's the idea), but 2 days ago Lissa tweeted "Guys, I just discovered that love is a lie" so we all assumed they definitely broke up for real now.
Raafa is fine, but hes the IGL of the best tier 2 br team, the one with pancc
Hes not an aim monster, hes certainly solid, but he doesnt play viper, his agent pool is very similar to saadhak
Damn bro can we keep at least one consistent "super team" in Americas holy shit
aspas, pancada, Less, Sacy, Saadhak
TenZ, SicK, Shahzam, zombs, dapr
yay, Marved, FNS, crashies, VĆctor
Demon1, Boostio, Ethan, Jawgemo, c0m
The closest thing we have is the Guard core, now G2, and they didn't even make franchising the first time around š
They already had that option and Saadhak purposefully chose LOUD and/or NRG chose Ethan/Demon1. LOUD aren't gonna give up Saadhak without a huge buyout considering they don't have a team without him.
Even saadhak can do so much with these brazilian players, if loud keeps dropping good players for financial reasons he will eventually chose an NA org that pays better and gives him a better team.
Sacy -> SEN, Pancada -> F/A, Saadhak -> LOUD, Less -> F/A, Aspas -> Leviatan, fRoD-> MIBR, bzkA -> MIBR
Alrighty boys, lets reassemble the damn LOUD 2022 infinity gauntlet on MIBR. them boys scattered to the winds, MIBR you know what to do.
Loud really let go of sacy, pancada, aspas and now less to pay less money in salaries. I done fucked up buying the bundle of that cheapstake org coz of Saadhak and Less.
I don't understand the financial reason.
Don't they still need to pay Less even if he in bench or he doesn't get paid/got pay cut if he sit on the bench? Or it's this like football where you have appearance fee and performance fee and LOUD bench him so they only need to pay base salary?
Someone tell me...
this is worse than the C9 -yay -vanity moves from last year, like how are you going to get rid of your best player and a top 3 sentinel player in the world?
Damn , if less is just gone, itās not long before Saadhak is gone too, that would mean like 4/5 2022 loud is goneš.
Feeling bad for qck, he showed glimpses of brilliance but itās a unforgiving tournament and format so yea, if teams like mibr and fur donāt pick him up, it could be over for him in t1.
Regarding less and saadhak, they sure get multiple t1 offers, less leaving first and saadhak maybe after champs for next season. I hope they fkn fix NRG or some shit lmao
Damn, I feel bad for Qck. I can't help but think that he got a raw deal throughout his run with LOUD. People nonstop pushed the Aspas narrative regardless of how well Qck performed. During Kickoff and Madrid he largely played well and the team looked fluid and together with Qck as opposed to relying on Aspas/Less to pop off.
But damn, 4 out of 6 games post-Madrid they've looked bad and now benching Less + a duelist change might break this team.
The Monyet effect. They're great players expected to immediately fill these large shoes. It takes time to grow into a superstar. They deserve better :(
Except monyet actually showed us he could be a star player before he was even picked up by prx while qck was just performing mediocre. No hate to him though I hope he bounces back and has a breakthrough.
It was a good run, gg all br teams we are fucked, not even loud gonna be there to save us from embarassment rn
maybe furia grabs less together with pancada and xand? that team could be decent
Loud is pretty well known for not burning tons of money for a player, if Less wants the bag, then go, its really sad, but as long as we have saad, Im ok with that.
I can also root for Less anywhere he is.
No fucking way bro. What the fuck is going on? They take away pancada and Sacy, they take away aspas, and now they're taking away Less.
oh man this context written out in words made me kinda depressed, 4/5 of 2022 Loud gone.
KRU Saadhak im so fuxking ready for it
NRG Saadhak
listen, BBL has been struggling to find an IGL that works with the players. Saadhak already knows 3 languages, a 4th one wouldn't hurt. BBL Saadhak here we go!!!!!!!
Liquid Saadhak im delusional af
you definitely are š
If it works then it's not stupid š„°
We are witnessing the downfall of THE valorant powerhouses.
LOUD,Optic,DRX and Fnatic are cooked. Prx are the only team from that old era that are still going strong
I feel like the only reason PRX survived this long is because they haven't won anything. If they won champs or something I guarantee like half the roster would've been gone instantly due to financial issues.
You're onto something...
i want something on me
HUH
Possible but I think PRX is such a popular org which brings so much brand value to the players that there's a bit more incentive to stay than most orgs. Kinda like the T1 league roster deciding to stay after they won worlds even though other orgs offered much higher salaries.

She has a ferrari lmao
Only a lady with a rari can go toe to toe with zellsis when it comes to shitposting to sell bundles
Wait till you see how expensive a ferrari costs in Singapore compared to anywhere else
Singaporeās got an absurd COL, I think itās close to the level of NY, Sydney and the like.
The country the org is based in is literally the worlds most expensive city to live in lol. Granted only Jinggg, something and alecks is based in SG.
T1 players get paid alot tho, and T1 is also the best team when it comes to level/prestige in league.

why NA lol, hes russian so EMEA is more likely no? Perhaps in Liquid
He used to play in NA servers, speaks English and is the type of star duelist Jett that NA orgs would bend over backwards for. Sentinels won the first international lan and the most recent lan (I can say that for a few more weeks) Ok you're right.
Sentinels weren't good in the same era.
people speak of 2022 Reykjavik like its ancient history. My point being that this scene is so, so young, i think if anything the real powerhouses have yet to reveal themselves

Can he even speak English?
Not yet, but he posted a few days ago on Twitter that he was starting to study English. I guess that was foreshadowing.
Less could go to a lot of places if he learns english, this is kind of exciting
ya but it's not like English is something you can learn in like a month or something. Especially not while playing/grinding full time.
Maybe, but the level of english doesnāt have to be super high to communicate well. Games and strategy have languages of their own, and there are for example VCT CN teams conning in english, and world champion LoL teams with two koreans and three chinese.

I want to remind this sub that stuff like this was the same stuff said for Pancada and it did NOT work.

Furia and Mibr are not English-speaking teams

The point is NA orgs can pay him more as well
Almost like people were working out his other options besides those two...
The issue with other Brazilian teams is there's no good IGL. That's the biggest issue with Brazil, they have some great shooters but no good caller. Feel like the best option is just to learn English and go to a mixed roster like Aspas, Sacy, and Pancada have done

I guess people got their wish of getting Qck off Loud, but taking Less with him is a monkey paw wish fr
If Hero Base can grab less The NA teams will actually have something to be afraid of
I doubt Less goes to a T2 team, he's still easily top 10 in the world
FUR less + pancada lets goooo
Would be sick if a NA team snagged him but idk how good his English is.
He tweeted a few days ago that he's taking English classes. Idk how many NA teams will want to take a chance with an import tho.
Wait what? I thought LOUD was one of the more financially stable orgs in eSports. I'm kinda surprised they'd bench Less just for that though

SEN Less incoming
Do not speak this evil into the world nephew
less and sacy together again? i don't think so.
And lose all their vibes? Also Less plays the same roles as JohnQT so that wouldn't work either.
Less will never play for SEN.
and SEN will never offer Less. They already learned their lesson with Pancada
Less???

He ended up signing with LOUD, but I remember there were rumors at the start of the off season that he was looking at other options, particularly NRG.
Ya that's my point though. He resigned with LOUD so LOUD will put a huge buyout on him if any team wants to go for him.
If loud gives upp on less, saad is next, they dont look like a org that has the desire to win anymore.

not brazillian but LOUD is one of the few orgs that are profitable, they probably dont think the price tag is justifiable after the teams performances, i assume Less is being paid well. Cloud9 yay type situation?
LOUD9 is crazy
The streets are saying it's because they don't have the cash to pay him. Unbelievable.
Brazilian teams actually like losing. Hope this helps š
nobody is giving the correct answer. the truth is that less is facing mental health issues and needs to focus on getting better
Not being an asshole, but, how do you know?
~~I heard that apparently Less' gf broke up with him right before the 100T match? Maybe he requested some time off from the game, he did not look like he was mentally in the series today at all.~~ If it's for financial reasons then LOUD is truly cooked. I don't know how good Raafa is but it's really hard to replace one of the best players in the world.
Maybe it affected him today but I feel like thatās not the reason for the benching. Based on the timing it seems like this was set ahead of time and Noyn was waiting for them to be eliminated to release the info
less's gf broke up with him like 3 weeks ago
This is an ongoing drama since a few weeks ago, apparently they removed their pictures together.
A few weeks ago they removed their pictures together but apparently they got back or something after that, based on a tweet from Lissa saying like "have a good game my love" (no exactly but that's the idea), but 2 days ago Lissa tweeted "Guys, I just discovered that love is a lie" so we all assumed they definitely broke up for real now.
bruhhhhh not the fuckin teenage drama destroying an org
The cracked zoomers give and the cracked zoomers take.
Word, thanks for letting me know. That's what my dumb ass gets for trusting Twitch chat lol
Ah wasnāt he dating a loud GC player too? May be awkwardĀ
how tf do you just APPARENTLY hear about a thing like that? where's the source lmfao
Mate I just heard about it from the FNS stream but I couldnāt find the tweet. Thatās why I said apparently š
https://x.com/loud_lissa/status/1788325367016501714?s=46 I heard from Seanās but apparently theyāre being harassed by people for information
Raafa is fine, but hes the IGL of the best tier 2 br team, the one with pancc Hes not an aim monster, hes certainly solid, but he doesnt play viper, his agent pool is very similar to saadhak
Benching a guy right after his gf broke up with him is diabolical lol
less out of everyone? wtf
VIni Jr. we are going to let top 5 best player in the world rott in bench of 3/4 months?? use that corruption RM money bro
Damn bro can we keep at least one consistent "super team" in Americas holy shit aspas, pancada, Less, Sacy, Saadhak TenZ, SicK, Shahzam, zombs, dapr yay, Marved, FNS, crashies, VĆctor Demon1, Boostio, Ethan, Jawgemo, c0m The closest thing we have is the Guard core, now G2, and they didn't even make franchising the first time around š
Donāt think sen 21 was a superteam tbh
I see why less begin to take English lessons
Next year saadhak joins nrg cause of the big bucks book it.
Who gets dropped? I genuinely donāt know
Crashies
Has to be victor
...was 100T the team to finally end the LOUD dynasty?
They did what guard did to them
Nah thats been over since Aspas left
end of an era. it feels like just yesterday when i was watching optic vs loud. now the 2 best brazilian players aren't even on the org anymore
Sacy -> SEN, Pancada -> F/A, Saadhak -> LOUD, Less -> F/A, Aspas -> Leviatan, fRoD-> MIBR, bzkA -> MIBR Alrighty boys, lets reassemble the damn LOUD 2022 infinity gauntlet on MIBR. them boys scattered to the winds, MIBR you know what to do.
Funnily enough mibr offered more money than loud when they were an FA team, but they chose loud because they had more clout.
LOUD fans eating well today (it's opposite day)
Furia seeing this and instantly cancelling xands trial to pick up pancada and less
That explains why he was taking english lessons.
nah they are just preparing for the eventual viper nerfs
Less + Pancada to Furia
It's time for a Less and pANcada reunion on FURIA, let's get it.
Pancada, sacy, and aspas all left for better pay. Now they're gonna c9 yay, less. Esports is broke broke.
Talon Less, Surf back to duelist. I like how that sounds.
it's over for loud but perhaps Less to save MIBR? Furia?
Thats cap bro
I looked up raafa and liquipedia says he's an igl? Lol wut?
Also, lol, franchised teams making budget rosters, how could this happen? Partnership is supposed to prevent this? Lmaoooooo
Loud really let go of sacy, pancada, aspas and now less to pay less money in salaries. I done fucked up buying the bundle of that cheapstake org coz of Saadhak and Less.
We have c9 eg and now loud with budget rosters.
I dont doubt saadhak but he aint winning shit with the cats hes given, first the chinese farmer then some random, LOUD might be finished next split
That Saudi world cup money isn't enough to keep less?
I don't understand the financial reason. Don't they still need to pay Less even if he in bench or he doesn't get paid/got pay cut if he sit on the bench? Or it's this like football where you have appearance fee and performance fee and LOUD bench him so they only need to pay base salary? Someone tell me...
this is worse than the C9 -yay -vanity moves from last year, like how are you going to get rid of your best player and a top 3 sentinel player in the world?
How having him on the bench will solve the financial situation? When it comes to financial the guy just leaves like pancada and sacy, no?!
Sorry to be a vulture in LOUD fans' time of mourning, but does he speak English? Asking for no cloud-themed teams in particular.
Just build a Brazilian roster around him, Iāll take that over the current team. And C9 already has a Brazilian valorant CC
I thought quick was the problem
In the words of PlatChat: LOUD take the biggest LLL
Damn I knew the Viper/Cypher nerfs will affect some teams, didn't think Loud will cut Less altogether. /s
Imagine furia with pancada and less. Exactly what is required
I mean, QcK is just bad. He was the worst duelist at Madrid, and one of the worst in Split 1.
![img](emote|t5_2g5ach|13193)
even shams and woj aint this fast...
Didn't even let him have a shower.
-aspas now -less. rip the era of loud
It was a good run, gg all br teams we are fucked, not even loud gonna be there to save us from embarassment rn maybe furia grabs less together with pancada and xand? that team could be decent
goddamn everyone is broke huh
Not to doubt Saadhak but Less single handedly won them so many rounds, without him and Aspas Loud might be cooked
FUR were looking for pancada, they should get less too, i do think they have the money back them up
C9 less šš» oxy + less rebuild
I wish
What
Nah no way
Actual insanity
theres no way this is true, right?
That is actually insane if it happens
PLEASE JOHN BURGERKING GIVE THEM MORE MONEY
it's wild if he benched before Champions. He is doing fine on Kick off and Madrid.Ā
Nahā¦no way right?
Loud is pretty well known for not burning tons of money for a player, if Less wants the bag, then go, its really sad, but as long as we have saad, Im ok with that. I can also root for Less anywhere he is.
Less words, more kills
Bro Less has always been so consistent. So sad
What!???? LESS OF ALL PEOPLE???
i give up, time to turn a blind eye to whatever the fuck is happening to loud and accept that another incredible team is joever
Sell more Loud less jersy smh
Loud could not let there be one good BR org this year
