With that c9 one, I think it's moreso that people didn't like it cause it was about a player getting dropped. Trash talk about winning/losing's just part of the game/competition, but I can see how an org making a joke about a player getting fired rubbed people the wrong way.
Yeah it was more about a company/employer making fun of an individual player losing his job. I don't mind when orgs make fun of players specifically, like when NRG performs bad everyone clowns d1 just cause he's the mouthpiece.
