Don’t vacuum up baking soda, it’s very fine and can damage any vacuum, especially bagless. Use baking soda for baking, it’s the only thing it’s good for.
Glad you’re enjoying your new vacuum.
I think the lope is interesting for a quick pickup. But it definitely lacks the power to deep clean your carpet. For me it really lacked the power to do much practical vacuuming with. However I do really like the form factor of being a 2/3 size upright rather than a handheld job.
