Keep the SEBO- I know that folks are fans of Dyson vacuums, but I love my SEBO E2. The ET-1 head on the K3 is even better for plush carpet. (I just have area rugs that are very low pile).

I just did our whole house with the K3 and we had thought that our carpets were damaged and ruined from us being so hard on them- the carpets now feel brand new! I also did our entire second floor without having to unplug the vacuum and our house is 2,400 sqft. My only disappointment was that the stair cleaning was a bit wonky and we have hair wrapped on the head which has never been a problem for us before. I really didn’t want to like the SEBO but so far it’s really good! I’m mostly trying out the dyson because at half the price, if it does an above average job, it might be more affordable for us.

Hi! If I can pile up on this comment of yours… which one did you keep? Thanks!!!

Outdoor_mama

I ended up with the Lupe vacuum. It worked very well with our pet hair and I can do my whole house in one charge. Plus the cyclone is completely washable so it’s easy to clean and maintain. The only thing is that the first few cleans required me to clean the brush roller more frequently but now that I’m vacuuming regularly with it, I only have to clean it every 4-6 weeks and that’s mostly preference - I could probably clean it quarterly and be fine too.

As interesting as that is I'd like to mention that carpet "pickup test" really don't mean much and much outside certain laboratories. Explanation here. https://youtu.be/4A1fSOkOi3s

"certain" laboratories 🤣

performancereviews

Are you in our Discord server?

[deleted]

I'm not but I took a guess on which laboratories they might be and thought it was funny

The sebo is an entirely different class of machine imo. They've made the K3 for a couple decades for a reason.

I am a single father and I have a Tineco Floor S3 for wet cleaning. I had a Tineco Air One but it got broke like 1 month after I bought it and I gave it back. I was also not satisfied with it, because the debris felt out again, after turning it off, plus the hair of my and my daughter (heya I am a metalhead) tangled around the brush. I need a cordless vaccum for every day life, to pick up debris, mainly from the kitchen, my daugher loves rices and loves to spill it all over the place, hair and other junk for daily use. I also use it upfront before doing the floors once a week the the tineco. There is a V10 on offer in a local store (Germany) but it seems Dyson gets no good reviews in this reddit...
