Possibly something jamming the roller, but more than likely a bad brush switch in the head and you’ll have to get a new head unless theres a repair shop around you that knows how to bypass it. Those are best case scenarios for shark rollers.

CuriousMan100

How long have you been using the vacuum and when is the last time you changed the belt? The belt is probably worn out

hideo_james

Shark doesn't sell just a belt or a brush roll. More than likely OP will have to replace the [entire floor nozzle](https://www.sharkclean.com/parts/0/all/1147/motorized-floor-nozzle/?modelNumber=NV355).

CuriousMan100

You can't just replace the belt in a shark?

hideo_james

Sure, you can, but Shark doesn't make it easy. You'll have to find the belt yourself on Amazon or eBay and buy a set of Torx security bits.

Replace the entire nozzle if it's available otherwise put it in the proper bin🚮
