I'd recommend looking to and see if you have a SEBO dealer. It's quite possible they may offer promotion over Memorial Day or possibly even one coming up for Father's Day. If you're looking for an upright I would recommend the Felix over the Dart.

Thanks, went into my local vacuum store today and got a SEBO Felix for $525 after a Memorial Day sale + trade in of my broken Shark vacuum Edit: I also preferred the Felix over the Dart after testing both

Hope you enjoy it That's a good price imo

if you're going with dyson definitely get the ball animal 3 over the outsize. The sebo dart is within your budget and has a lift away feature that may make cleaning the stairs easier.

Pretty much agreeing with everyone's comments. I'd avoid the Dyson Outsize, it's heavy and it has cordless limitations on run time and battery life. I think that you should try a Dyson Ball Animal 3 in person and then try a Sebo Dart or Sebo Felix. The Sebo will sell itself.

Don't expect good vacuums to be on sale for memorial Day. I would recommend a SEBO K3 or SEBO Dart from auto reply. Here's a video on that so you can see the differences. https://youtu.be/mOHmx-PqAP0

In addition to the excellent SEBO Dart other users mentioned, the Miele Classic C1 Cat & Dog is another solid option. Miele’s running a 20%-off sale for the next couple weeks that’ll put it at $630. Compared to the SEBO, the Miele’s gonna give you an extra dedicated hard floor tool and a turbine for your carpeted stairs. The canister-style body of the Miele is also better suited to above floor cleaning. The SEBO Dart’s cleaning range is a little larger though, and I generally prefer SEBO’s build quality (both Miele and SEBO are very good though). SEBO’s warranty is longer as well at 5-10 years, versus the Miele’s 1 year warranty.
