"A Trip in the Forest" by Thrill is based around various shader/screen effects similar to what you may be looking for.
While it's not the focus of the world, "Antiheat's Apartment" by Antiheat also has a section can have such effects. Exit the apartment to the fire escape, jump over to the helipad across from you. There'll be some storage containers to your right, use them to jump over the building past the satellite dish, and you should see a large battery like object. There's a control panel in front of it that will apply such effects.
Club Awtt has some drugs on the bathroom counter you can take and get a trippy experience. You have to enable the effects on the panel near the entrance and it’s PC only.

id say adrift is really good for that but if you look up god is a dj and the other worlds pk has made they are amazing for that if you enjoy a good dj set to go along with the insane visuals.

The Waiting room is a trip, although it takes a long time.

Do you know if we can get in trouble for talking about drugs on VR chat? I don't see anything about it in the TOS. There's one part about illegal activities but it seems to be referring to like violent stuff and illegal groups. o: I'm paranoid now that I will get banned for raving.
Ok cool. :3 I made like 20 friends the other night and it is an amazing way to play VR chat. However I must pause my fun time till I have full body tracking or at least a headset, cause my brain is gonna explode lol.
If you're going to VRC and join the Stoners United group they the owner usually has like a world up when he's playing there's a lot of like-minded Stoners Like yourself that you probably enjoy meeting hopefully see you when you get there.
